I am always happy with Swanson's Vitamins and Products. Plus, the P-5-P is the Better choice of B6. I will always buy from Swansons. Richard

Hard to find dosage
My doctor recommended no more than 50mg of B6. These are 40mg and that's fine for now. Have not taken them long enough to notice any change. Order received timely and exp. date is well out there. Update: I found these to be a bit strong as I experienced headache and tingling which are known side effects. Going to try the lower dosage.
