Apparently upon seeing my review, the company reached out to me and offered a full refund - no need to return the item and no questions asked. I truly appreciate that kind of personal customer service and you just don’t see it very often these days! I would absolutely try this commoners other products!!! I didn't want to rate this item too low but couldn't give more than 3 stars given my cats' reaction. My 2 cats, who have eaten several other brands of Hairball "Treats" in the past with no hesitation, wouldn't touch these after smelling them. Maybe I got a bad batch or something but my cats took one sniff and walked in the other direction. I even tried offering one to my very UNfinicky cat before her meal when she will usually eat just about anything but NOPE. I tried this particular brand because of the ingredients and benefits noted in the description but they can't work if your cats don't/won't eat them.

Nothing really wrong with the product. I have two cats and one of them constantly vomits due to hair balls so I bought for him . He of course refuses to eat them but the other cat likes them . This is my life lol

After 2 days, my cat refuses to eat them. He is free fed, so I don’t have a way to crumble these into his food and monitor how many he’s actually getting in, so I can’t speak to their efficacy. These are non returnable, and so it feels like a waste of $20. Wouldn’t recommend. Way too pricy to risk the rejection.

These calming treats are a total hit with my cats! The moment I open the container, they smell them and run over meowing like crazy—they absolutely love them. I was surprised at how much they enjoy the taste, and the soft, chewy texture makes them easy for both of my cats to eat, even the pickier one. I've noticed they're much more relaxed after I give it to them in moments where they usually feel stressed, overwhelmed or anxious, I give them one each as instructions direct. Definitely keeping these stocked at home!
