I have PHN damage to the nerves in my head. This cap does a great job of staying cold to bring relief. There is no odor and is comfortable on my head.

Love it! Great for headaches, helps relax me to fall asleep at night. I was looking for something to cool my head and face when I mow the yard and it works great if I come in and get it halfway through. It can't stay cold long in this South Georgia sunshine.

This is fantastic when your having chemo it makes your head stop itching , I brought two and going to buy another one.

The product did not meet my expectations. The interior is made of rubberish gel material. I kept it in the freezer for over 24 hours, but once I wore it it lost its cold within 30 minutes. Using a freezer bag filled with ice would be more effective than relying on this.
