This is the second one I have ordered. The first one was returned because did not work and actually looked like a return. This one is amazing. It is a one motor machine and budget friendly. Pros: 1. Light enough to easily set up but substantial to be very stable. 2. Instructions are very well done. Easy to understand. Still in the learning new ways to use it. 3. This vibration platform has significantly reduced lower back pain. Improved my sleep and lymphatic drainage and digestive system. 4. I use it every day. Started at very low level for 5 minutes twice a day. I am gradually increasing the time. 5. I read that you shouldn't let your body anticipate so being able to use the remote makes it very easy to change the speed up and down. Also you can change the time on the fly as well. Cons: Only 1, the cord is shorter than I would have liked, but a 3 prong extension cord fixed that. My cord has a block with its own on off switch as well as the units. I always unplug it and store it. Its size makes it very easy to store. Over all: I am very happy with it. It has improved my mobility and quality of life. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a great quality, budget friendly unit.

My husband loves this i bought it for his hip pain. He has an uneven hip. He says it helps tremendously. It has so many different speeds. It's very versatile to help get to where ever the pain is located. He definitely said he could feel improvement in his hip and leg not hurting. He also was telling me how his side felt loose and not so stiff. Definitely a great machine my husband is heavy set and it held him nicely. His feet stayed firm and planted the entire time. This was a great investment and Christmas present for sure.

I wouldn’t have made it through the weekend at work without this magical device. I walked 11.5 miles Friday, 15 mi Saturday and 12 on Sunday. I don’t exercise much and that’s a lot more walking than I normally do. I used this in the morning before work and at night when I got home before dinner, and it helped so much with the soreness and muscle recovery. My hips and calves feel so much better. The little bumps to show where your feet go are a bit uncomfortable, so wear socks. But the device itself is great. Also helps with my lymphatic system. I hope to see more results after continuous use, but even just the first weekend was great.

Product is easy to use, it supports my weight easily, and I’ve not had any issues with the functionality. I use it 2x a day and can feel the difference from using it. I like the flexibility for setting speed & timing. I have issues with plantar fasciitis, so my feet ache somewhat after ten minutes, but it subsides with a little TLC.

I'm really impressed, and pleased with this purchase. Amazing solid construction. Totally a quality piece. And the affordable price does not support the quality of this item. Comparable products are more than double. And it comes with supportive accessories. Very impressed and pleased with this purchase.

I have had one of these for a few months and really love it. I basically just stand on it for the vibration. I don’t do the exercises as I’m not able to however, I just purchased two more units one for each of my daughters for their birthdays, I think they are really going to love this and use it a lot. After only 10 minutes on the unit, I can fill the difference and my legs really feel great.

Just received & set up. Used it twice today & I believe I’ll be very pleased with it. Seems to be sturdy & I’ve used it only on the manual settings but it worked well. Hoping it helps with lymphatic drainage so that I won’t need to wear compression hose consistently.

Great quality for the price. Does what it’s supposed to do and feels well made. Happy with the purchase.

No me gusta , en el nivel más bajo es terrible como vibra ... La he usado solo una vez , te destroza las rodillas. No la recomiendo ; una mala opción de compra .
