I can honestly say this has transformed my life. I’ve had digestive issues for years, after a fairly major bowel surgery and it’s always been diagnosed as IBS. However, my own research led me to believe Bile Salt Malabsorption was the problem. Although there are prescription medicines, Psyllium Husk is supposed to be beneficial so, in desperation, I ordered this. Within 24 hours there was a positive change. I take it once daily, and no longer have pain, bloating, cramping or diarrhoea. I haven’t been this settled for years. A minor miracle for me.

Purchased this to help with regularity! Reading the reviews re lumpy when mixing with water. I have no problem. 8-10floz water in a glass Add1 teaspoon husk powder (recommend starting low dose) Stir briskly for a good 30 seconds Drink it down Also recommend having a short while before food or after to try and avoid bloating when first starting. The downside is the price. Very expensive for the amount you get. Especially if you want to use more for cooking.

I can’t fault the quality of the product…… However for my use I’m just not sure…. I take daily opioids for pain relief…. They constipate me and for me that equals significant pain. So I decided to buy this along with an increase in my daily fibre. However I have now found out the following- Psyllium husks can absorb the pain medication and you should give 2 hours either side of taking any……. If not the meds will not be effective. That means I need to rethink my use. I also found that on mixing with water it goes lumpy….. I know others have commented that you need to add a little water and get a mix then add water…. I’m just not getting that….. I will persevere as I plan to use this ad hoc to add when meds allow some extra fibre. This company however does produce some great products so I’m not critical of them in any manner.

Been buying this because my keto bread rolls don't turn purple but the product has now changed and the powder is darker than usual resulting now in purple bread. This product is unreliable and I'm now going to have to source elsewhere.

This was really good for baking, even for a bread recipe that required quite a large amount, it didn't turn purple when baked like another brand that I tried. Will buy it again.

Instant gloop turns solid far too quickly to drink, only use in cooking.
