not having a lot of experience in Milk Thistle tea, this seemed good enough. Tea comes in silk looking triangular bags with short string attached via glue to a small paper tab. Had to pull off the tag becuase the string is too short to hang off the side of the cup. And the bag breaks open now and then. I use two tea bags at a time because it didn't seem to be concentrated enough. I also added zinger or other herbal tea bag to give it more flavor, otherwise it is like drinking hot water. I don't buy this brand anymore as I switched to another brand that seems to have more flavor to the tea. As for its medicinl value, I think it works some as my glucose level drops about 20-30 points (not consistently). I bought it for liver health but somehow it also helps with blood glucose level. I wear a CGM (continuious glucose monitor) and that is how I know.

For me it’s okay to drink it everyday

The tea has a good flavor and I have used it as an antibiotic for appendicitis and some other intestinal issues and notice that it definitely helped and I also gave it to someone else to use and they could tell a difference within 24 hours that they were feeling better, so this is going to be a staple to be kept around the house, and reasonably priced, convenient to purchase.

Has a lot to offer. Taste wasn’t too bad but I did add Emergen-C for a better flavor. We need minerals and Rosemary tea has them.

I love these but unfortunately I have to use 2 each time to make it stronger. Even if I leave it to steep for a while it still tastes weak. However when I use 2, its tastes great. I got them for the health benefits so the taste isn’t a big issue but I do think if it tastes weak then the strength in the benefits are compromised as well.
