Good product, but didn’t work for me. I needed something stronger. My sister swears by these.

I have taken this product on and off since 2014. Heres the good and the bad of what I have learned throughout the years. This isn't a vitamin...don't take it everyday. It's tempting because it makes you feel so much better but after about a week you may experience a sore stomach lining, electrolyte imbalance and trouble sleeping. I find taking it 2 times a week keeps everything moving without being too hard on the body. I drink Ultima electrolyte every day. I live in a hot and humid environment and drinking one a day helps with my immunity and keeping my electrolytes in check. I don't take these at night as instructed. They disrupt my sleep when taken at night. I get very thirsty so I'm constantly waking up to drink water. Also maybe the stomach churning causes sleep disruption for me. I struggle with a full nights sleep naturally so for those who are sound sleepers, this may not be an issue. I take mine in the morning or early afternoon. I had a colonoscopy and colon HAD darkened. I was freaked out but my gastroenterologist said it wasn't dangerous and maybe just ease up on the amount I was taking. At the time I was taking these 7 days a week and eating a high fiber diet. I also had an injury and was taking large amounts of ibuprofen so my digestive track was a disaster. A few years ago I switched to a low carb diet. Best thing I ever did. My body hates fiber. If you're a slow mover like me it's something to look into it. According to my mother I was a slow mover even as a young child so this is genetic. I can be relaxed or stressed...it doesn't matter. I have to make sure I walk everyday and hydrate. No wheat and limited fruit and vegetables. I rarely eat fruit and when I do its just berries and just a few. Limit sugar and quit smoking and drinking. So do what works for you. This is what worked for me. I got tired of my stomach issues so I had to make changes and that involved a lot of trial and error. I struggle my whole life with going to the bathroom. I was in a huge struggle when I found these on Amazon. I was backed up so I took a full dose right before bed when I received it. The next day, and for three days AFTER the first dose, I had regular movements every 6-8 hours. After a few days I took another dose and for about a day and a half I was going frequently. Now I take one pill when I haven’t been going bc 2 became too much. I never thought I’d find something so effective and gentle that I didn’t need to take every day. Seriously. One dose will work for days. Which is a miracle for me. I even told my friends about it and they tried it as well and had similar effects. But we all can’t take it regularly since it’s a little too powerful if you know what I mean. Overall, it was SO gentle. Literally no cramps or side effects. Just a movement. It’s truly changed my life and I will never be backed up again! I’m ordering this for the rest of my life.
