Absolutely wonderful product... I try to take at least one tablet each day... occasionally I'll take two and rarely I sometimes take three... this product really helps take the edge off of a stressful day... it has basically the same ingredients as "B Complex" but with an added herbal blend of "Schisandra Fruit, Inositol, Bee Pollen, Passionflower Aerial Parts Extract, Valerian Root Extract and moore...
