I used this to wire in two thermostats, two zone dampers and a zone controller. Wire seems thick true to gauge, insulated well, it's durable, easy to strip and functions well for what it's supposed to do.

The cable outer jacket quality is not strong as advertised. Inner wire jacket comes off very easy.
