Delicious chunks of chewy joy. Some pieces are soft and chewy some are harder. I like when it’s soft. It’s hard to stop eating it especially since there is a ton of protein packed in with no added sugar. It does taste sweet and a little acidic like teriyaki. I need this taken away from me.

This stuff is amazing. I didn't realize until I was diagnosed with diabetes and had to go on a diet restricting my carbs and especially my sugar quite how much sugar is used in most beef jerky. It really is absurd that many beef jerkies have as many or more carbs than they do protein for what is supposed to be a strictly beef product. This jerky has an amazing spicy flavor and on top of that uses it no sugar whatsoever. There are no carbs at all, just fantastic protein with a little bit of fat. It has a really nice burn to it and is very enjoyable. After having this the first time, I decided I needed to put it on a subscription plan with Amazon so I get a fresh bag or two every month. If you don't mind a little heat, and you are looking for something without all the extra carbs and sugar that almost all of the major brands have, you will not regret this choice.
