As the AV tech at a major entertainment venue, I bought one of these for a small conference room that barely holds 10 people. I was sketptical at first, especially when I saw similar products from Bose at $1000 more. Like advertised, at 16' the microphones worked great. The 60fps 4k camera is the smoothest webcam I've seen, even in VERY low light. The noise cancelling tech was also outstanding. Tapping my hands hard against the table while speaking to the person on the other end, they could hear my voice fine, but had no audio from the tapping at all. The auto zoom was a little sluggish, as with most auto focuses on the market today, and when sitting further than 16', the focus had a hard time registering me at all. I then bought a second one for use in a much larger room, to see how far I could push its capabilities. This room was 30' deep, with a 20' ceiling, leaving room for a lot of echo, far beyond what the specs are rated for. The mic and audio were still great. In conference meetings, my audio still came through clearer than anyone sitting in front of their laptops. The camera however did have problems detecting movement from the back half of the room as I mentioned above. The noise cancelling tech also stopped performing as well at such distances. I didn't dock any value from this product for the few issues I had, since all those issues were when using the product at a far greater distance than suggested. I've now bought 3 of these, and each room has benefited greatly from it. For under a grand, absolutely worth the money.

In a larger setting (as described as a conference camera), this works well. If you are looking to add this as an individual web camera there are some quirks, like auto adjusting the zoom (if you bop out of frame), the image quality isn't the best when zooming, and it's large. For under a TV / screen further away, these don't seem to be the same issue, although clarity of the image is still a little questionable. The auto privacy feature for the camera is a nice addition - closing the camera when not in use. Overall, if you're looking for something that can highlight a larger room, this seems to be a relatively affordable to do that. If you're looking for a nicer web cam / speaker option for a single use - I think there are better options out there.

This thing is incredible - we set it up for a Montessori school language lab. In conjunction with a simple projector, it was an inexpensive solution that will wow the families. The AI auto zoom could be a little faster - the first firmware upgrade helps. The volume is great - it was a non-school day, but the director came from a couple hundred feet away around the corner to ask me to turn it down. My only complaint is that there is no manual for the remote, so there are a lot of buttons that we're not sure of.

I had this set up as a desk/remote meeting camera and audio device and I had really underestimated how powerful it is. It easily handled just one guy at a desk, and even me wandering around the room as I talked. This is a serious bit of kit and all I can say is that it's very easy to set up without a deep knowledge of videoconferencing equipment.

For a camera this expensive I expected more than a flimsy little instruction paper. The remote is basically impossible to use. I spent hours online after our tech guy set up this camera. That cost us another $450 because after several attempts to install and connect the camera ourselves we had to hire someone to do it for us. Even then it is still difficult and the remote is useless. Pros: -Sleek look -light weight -Camera covers a group of people Cons: -Poor instructions -Remote is complicated -lack of instructions -Expense Overall I recommend another video camera for conference rooms. This is not worth the price or the work to get it to function properly.

This is the perfect board room or office meeting solution. Extremely little latency for video confrencing and the sound quality is almost perfect. Seems as if the vocals are literally spacial in the same room. I would highly recommend this unit specifically. It was a little daunting making the initial connectivity but customer service was extremely helpful. Stll. connectivity for initial set up was the only reason it lost a star.

We bought this 6 months ago, and the audio is not consistent. We needed it to be able to be plugged into laptops as needed, and half the time we plug it in and the camera works but the audio doesn't. This isn't a reliable solution if you need to be able to switch around what it's connected to.

Nice. Installed in board room and never been back. I hear that people use it everyday. No news is good news!

Ich habe Glück gehabt und die Videobar im befristeten Angebot unter 600 € erstanden. Optik, Haptik, Video- und Soundqualität sind für die Preisklasse sehr gut. Die Sprecherverfolgung ist o.K., aber keine Benchmark. Zubehör umfangreich, alles dabei. Außer eine Bedienungsanleitung. Nicht einmal ein Link zur benötigten Software. Während man die Software nach etwas Recherche noch findet, erschließen sich eben nicht alle Funktionen von selbst. Ich schaffte es zunächst nicht, die in der Software angelegten 3 Blickwinkel auf den 3 Tasten der FB abzurufen, obwohl ich sie mehrfach synchronisiert hatte. Eine Rückfrage beim Support von Yealink wurde zwar innerhalb von 24 h beantwortet, jedoch ohne die Lösung anzubieten. Meine Rückfrage blieb bis heute unbeantwortet. Inzwischen habe ich es selbst herausgefunden: Blickwinkel mit der FB einstellen und dann lange auf den gewünschten Speicherplatz drücken. Nach ein paar Sekunden gibts dann einen Piepton und er ist auf dem Knopf gespeichert. Bin da nur drauf gekommen, weil es im Auto mit der Memory-Funktion vom Sitz auch so funktioniert. Dennoch: Ein Businessgerät ohne Anleitung oder Service anzubieten, ist nicht in Ordnung, weshalb ich trotz des sehr guten Gerätes einen Stern abziehe.
