So far I am loving having this ninja creami the one that I bought was a refurbished one but I have had no complaints about it I just made yesterday a lavender Earl Gray ice cream and oh boy it is superb. I haven't tried out all of the settings yet I'm looking forward to trying the different settings like making my own gelato and then some of the drinkable options I am also really looking forward to if I had bought this a little earlier in the season I definitely would have been making a lot of the drinkable options with the hot weather. But I love having this and being able to make my own ice cream types of desserts with far less garbage ingredients then what the store-bought stuff has. I also really like having this particular model because the other deluxe one that I've seen has the acai bowl and I don't think I would use that option much. The fact that it has the function to where you can blend the different segments so like just the top or the full thing or just the bottom is really awesome. It's a bit noisy but I've heard from YouTube videos that the seven and one is actually more noisy than this one but honestly the noise level is really not that bad to me I found it easily cleaned I have not had any difficulty with cleaning the lid with the blade but I clean it every time I have used it which has only been yet a few times since I only have the two containers I will probably need to purchase more and then I can use it for more options more frequently. I tasted the earl gray ice cream that I made yesterday as well as my parents and we were both highly impressed. The only downside that I had seen since this one was a refurbished was that it did not come in the box with the inspiration guide I had to download that online. Not that that's like a really big deal but if you were hoping that it came with it he would just have to go find it via the computer.

My first clue should have been that this was a refurbished item. Lasted just long enough get past the return eligibility date. The drive shaft ground and destroyed itself and the grinding blade so quickly that the device was red hot and smoking within the two minutes it took to shut it down. This device, if left unattended would have caught fire. It was always extremely loud, not unlike worn-out gears that aren't meshing properly. Only 66% of all buyers rated this device positively while 14% gave it 1 star. We have other Ninja products and they are good. This is a poorly engineered product.

Loving making my protein into ice cream and not feeling guilty for eating it. Very easy to use. Not complicated at all and makes the perfect.Ice cream. If you're looking for a cheaper and easy way to make ice cream.This is what you want. It fits on my counter but it is not small.I would consider it bulky

At first we made a bunch and it’s pretty easy to use but it’s so bulky and I don’t want to wait for freezing time!

Still experimenting with recipes but so far, we love using this machine. Some have complained about how noisy it is. We don’t find this to be a problem. It’s not as noisy as my wheat grinder and it doesn’t last nearly as long. Even if you’re bothered by the noise, the resulting deliciousness is worth it.

Perfect present for my girlfriend. So many uses! Just gotta remember to freeze the ingredients 24 hours before. Note to boyfriends / husbands that live with their significant other: Hide it behind the peas so it’s still a suprise when you make it! 10/10

I was disappointed because it was a refurbished machine and I was not aware that was what I was buying. It did not come with a manual or recipes. It came with something to scan, but still wasn't able to access the manual. I had to google it and go find it on line. The machine, itself is fine and makes wonderful ice cream.
