I have pmdd. And it is BAD! When I say ruins my life I mean it. This product helps me SO much that I physically cannot go off of it. I get zero side effects from it. If I am really pmsing badly I can take two to help calm symptoms down. I only wish it was cheaper. I know it’s not super expensive but as a single mom 50 dollars a month for a “supplement” is too much for me right now. But I have tried to go off of it for financial reasons and still go back on it because I cannot live without it. It helps that much.

I swear by this product. I've been using it for almost 8 years now, and it makes such a difference. I didn't think it was working when I first started taking it, and stopped. My next period I noticed a big difference and went right back to taking them. They curb cravings, which is nice, but it helps so much with my mood. I still feel all the period feels, but it just turns down the volume to a much more manageable level. It is pricey, but to me, it is worth it. I've left more detailed reviews on their fb ads, because it really does work.

These products work for PMS but very expensive and don’t work any better if taken daily or as PRN/as needed. There was a study done using 200 mg instead of the 100 that is in this pill, but I did not notice any difference from taking two to one so the dosing seems to be sufficient for its purpose.

Is it expensive? Yes. However, it took me from 6-10 days per month of complete misery and rage to 1-2 days of "oh, I feel grumpier than usual." Seriously a miracle supplement for me! I'll pay $1.63 a day for emotional stability.

I was so excited to try this product. I saw so many good reviews. I have such a hard time with anxiety and irritability for 2 weeks before my period starts. I spent the money to give this a chance and after the very first pill I felt bloated. I tried to blame it on something else but later that night I woke up feeling like I had hypoglycemia. My moods are very affected by my blood sugar fluctuations, so it triggered anxiety to have to rush to the kitchen to eat at 1am. I’ve worked very hard to stabilize my blood sugar naturally, so it disappointed me to feel like 1 dose could dysregulate it this bad. Product is not eligible for return. 😭 I feel like I wasted $50 I couldn’t afford.

Has helped with my hormonal mood swings so much! I tend to get anxious around ovulation and sad/weepy before my period, and this definitely helps ease those symptoms. I’ve been taking it for over 6 months and plan to continue!

Saw an ad, thought I’d try them since I become a raging b during my cycle. I annoy myself how angry and irritable I get during the week before I start. I took these once a day the week before my period started and I felt great. It didn’t help with cramping at all, but it sure did help me with the irritability….and to stay married. :) I didn’t take them after I started…which my irritability tends to ease at that time anyway naturally. I recommend giving them a shot. I’m very surprised at how well they helped.

Bought this for my daughter, who has terrible PMS symptoms; almost crippling. Didn't help much, but didn't hurt much. For the money, it just didn't do enough to subside the symptoms for ter.
