Comfortable and lightweight
They look good as work sneakers. Nice and light but seemingly quite durable (only had them for a week thus far so time will tell). Good grip on bottom. Decent support. I spend 8+ hours a day on my feet and so far these seem to be decently supportive and quite comfortable. Good price. Happy with thus purchase so far.

incredible cushioning and comfort
I acquired a pair of these several years ago at Sears for hiking and long walks. They are remarkably comfortable. Reasonably lightweight and very VERY cushiony. After heavy use for 3 years or so, they wore out, the lace holes at top ripped and tread wore out so when it rained, they became quite slippery on smooth surfaces. They also are not at all acceptable for rain or snow...porous as heck. So i thought I'd shop around and try something else. I did - in fact worked through 2-3 pairs of hiking shoes but, after use of these Skechers, nothing came close to the comfort and cushioning. I don't think you'll find another shoe quite like it for purposes described here. So I went back to Sears and, ooops, forgot, no more Sears in these parts but fortunately found a pair sold here on-line. Now I'm a happy camper once again. My walks and hikes are like walking on air. They also provide reasonably good support for my ankles and are reasonably stable on rough terrain. The only drawback, again, they don't protect against rain and after some use, you'll loose the tread and lace holes may rip. But But they're low cost so just buy another pair as I did. A big five star for me.

Very slippery shoes--careful!
I think I ordered about four or five different pairs of shoes to try, and this is one that was fairly comfortable right from the get-go. Lots of padding. Shoes seem to be consistent left to right, which surprisingly is not always the case. I can't really say too tight or too loose. It fits as expected. I did add some orthotic insoles as the stock cushioning was not quite enough for me. The laces seem to stay put, and do not need to be double knotted. The one disappointment (and it's actually a big one) is these are definitely not slip resistant. They are actually really horrible in the cold. I'm in Alaska, and when the bottom of these get cold in the snow, the pattern on the bottom is so fine it glazes over. Feels like you're on ice skates if you walk on something like hardwood floor or laminate. I've about fallen on my butt a half-dozen times with these things. You really need to kick off the snow and make sure they're really dry before you start walking on a smooth surface. Even then expect to slip.I'd give these 5 stars otherwise, but these are dangerous shoes on smooth surfaces when coming in from the cold.

Believe the hype - these ARE the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn - period! UPDATED REVIEW 8.2018
UPDATE ! 08.15.2018As you can see I got these TWO years ago and wear them basically mon-friday during the summer and walk ( at least 4.5) miles a day with my dogs, and go to work all day. I swap them out when it's raining and don't wear them as much in the fall/winter (cold)ANYWAYToday I am getting a new pair, I finally wore the soles down ( and a hole in the toe! )I LOVE THESE STILLI LOVE these, I am on my feet all day, either I'm standing/working and I go home and walk the dog ( a few miles) every day with these. They are really VERY comfy right out of the box. These are actually a replacement pair since I wore my other pair so much at work they got filthy that I only where them at work. They fit great they are "relaxed" so they are a tad looser than other 9.5's I have, but it's not drastic - I would stick with the same size you normally order.I think these are wonderful, they look great in black, I have other styles in blue and grey - all top notch!*Note* when it's wet - these are a mesh-like airy design so your feet will get wet if you step into a puddle or wet grass etc..

Very comfortable
Got these for my son to replace his VERY worn out Skechers work shoes purchased a year ago at a shoe store for almost twice the cost. These are almost identical to that pair though they don't seem quite as durable (however, that remains to be seen). My son loves them. Said they were comfortable right off the bat, no breaking in needed. He's on his feet all day, did a lot of walking, 8 hours or more, and said he's had no issues with these shoes at all. He has wide feet so the wide width for him perfectly. Hopefully this will last as long as the work shoes did. If so, these will be worth more than the money paid considering they cost almost half of what his old Skechers work shoes cost.

Great shoes
These shoes fit me very well and are extremely comfortable. They are made of a mesh fabric and in the wind, you can actually feel your feet cool down. I walk a lot at work, 5-6 miles a day during my lunch and to and from my bus stop and in the 3 months I have been wearing these shoes, they have shown very little wear. If they hold up as long as I think they will, I will be very impressed. They also look really good. When it comes time to order a new pair, I will order these again.

Best Skechers Yet
I recently bought a different pair non-lacing, slip-on Skechers that were labeled as wide, but they were tight on my toes. This did occur after one wash, but I did not put them in the dryer. I decided to buy these shoes as a replacement and they fit my wide feet perfectly! These shoes have a wide tread and feel very stable, along with a very cushioned sole. It's like walking on carpet with nice padding. Some shoes cramp my feet while using the elliptical machine, but not these. They are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. The price, the fit, and look were an exceptional deal for the price. I have yet to wash them, so I will update my review if they shrink.
