Run small
I am returning these shoes. They were too small and I do wear 8.5. They didn't feel comfortable on my feet, very hard. They look cheap. Look better on the picture than in real life.

These women's orthopedic casual shoes are so comfortable. The quality are amazing. I don't really care for the look of them, but they are so so comfortable. They fit great. I would recommend this product.
