![Mission: Impossible - 6 Movie Collection [Blu-ray + Digital]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Nz+Qz5sSL.jpg)

COLLECTION Synopsis: A "mission" two decades in the making. Tom Cruise is IMF Agent Ethan Hunt, one of the greatest action heroes of all time, in the adrenaline-pumping, suspense-filled blockbuster franchise MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE. Filmed in the most exotic locations around the world by the biggest directors in Hollywood, this must-have 6-film set will thrill any action fan. Your mission, should you choose to accept it - experience the most action-packed collection ever! Number of discs: 7 Run Time: 768 minutes Review: Great movies. - I got these for a great deal on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Slipcover not super mint, more very good. Rattle inside the case, random broken blue bit that didn’t damage the movies and I can’t find where it came from lol. Two fingerprints on the first movie lol; movie still played fine, must be an MI code. :P Other discs mint. I’ve seen all but 2 and Fallout. Mission Impossible: classic, still excellent, still memorable, maybe the picture quality isn’t as sharp as the more recent ones, but it is an older movie. CGI scenes may look better for the lower quality, however. Mission Impossible 2: too much. Just too much, and not better for it. I do love the free climb in the beginning. Around the break in scene, I started noticing vertical lines in the backgrounds. Thought it was my TV, wasn’t my TV. Maybe the movie was shot like this? It got really distracting. That, plus at least 4 WTF plot holes, and this is the also ran of the series. Still worth a watch for all that. Mission Impossible 3: your mission, should you choose to accept it, is the orange lambo and Maggie Q’s red dress. Mission achiev . . . *drool* wait, what was the mission? Miss you, PSH. MI Ghost Protocol: Dubai is still so fun, but I don’t really love the opening or ending. MI Rogue Nation: the high water mark of the series. Just everything is good about this. The motorcycle scene is how to do that scene right; I’m talking to you, MI2. I do feel like it’s missing a line of dialogue? When Ilsa says, “Shoes. Shoes, please.” and Ethan’s supposed to return to the earlier line of “I like them” before she repeats herself. Hmm. Doubtful I missed it, as I was waiting for it. Loved it the first time I saw the movie. Hmm. Hopefully they didn’t drop that for whatever reason (or my subconscious inserted it because it’s the right beat there, ha). But could also be lost in the blu ray audio compared with cinema and dvd audio. MI Fallout: a little disappointing after the hype. Not really worse than the previous 3, but I was expecting another high water mark, and RN still tops this movie for me. Maybe because it feels like an extension of RN, and not really its own movie? Still a lot to like, still far better than the second one. The bathroom fight is a highlight. Came with a bonus disc for Fallout, which you could hide under the digital card and replace with the next movie. Spoiler: I’m glad Ving is in all of them. It makes them work better, and gives more purpose to 2, which could be a throwaway movie without him. Review: Excellent movies! - Great price on this collection. Would recommend.

The picture quality is outstanding, bringing every thrilling stunt and heart-pounding moment to life in vivid detail. The sound is equally impressive, immersing you in the pulse-pounding action sequences. Tom Cruise's performance as Ethan Hunt is nothing short of spectacular. His dedication to performing his own stunts adds an extra layer of authenticity to the series. The digital copy is a convenient bonus, allowing you to enjoy these adrenaline-pumping missions on the go. The set also comes with a wealth of special features, providing a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the making of these iconic films. Good movies
Thoroughly entertaining, although the foot and car chases get a little redundant. Great action and stunts leaving you wondering "How'd they do that"?

A very good series of films
Mission Impossible is, as most who are likely to consider this, a movie franchise based on an old television show, which is itself over the six movies, has spanned more than twenty years. The series is really the "baby" of Tom Cruise, as he is involved in all aspects of the films (as you see if you watch the extras) as not only the lead character but also the producer (there are others, but it seems that he is making most of the decisions). The movies, especially the first three, are stand-alone films, that you do not really have to have seen the other movies to see what is going on. The final three, however, do have more characters and plot points that carry over from movie to move, so it helps to have seen them in order as opposed to just jumping into the most recent movie. All the movies are centered around Cruise's character, Ethan Hunt, who is a part of an off-the-books covert operations unit of the United States government called the Impossible Mission Force (IMF). He, of course, gets the instructions for his missions through messages (delivered in various formats) that self-destruct after he reads or listens to them. It is then pretty much Hunt and his team, which has included Ving Rhames, as Luther for all the films (although he basically just had a cameo in one of them at the very end), and has more recently included Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner, Alic Baldwin, Rebecca Ferguson, and Michelle Monaghan in multiple films, trying to stop some "big bad". I will not go into much detail of the actual movies, but, in general, I do feel like they have generally gotten better over the course of the franchise. For those who get the 4k set, there are actually two sets included, one with just the six movies (and just the movies) in 4k UHD. Then you also get a blu ray set which actually has seven discs as all the bonus material for the most recent movie, Fallout, is included on a separate disc. All the movies have at least a commentary track on the film with the director. Five of the six have extensive behind the scenes and making-of featurettes that focus on really all aspects of production, but with a large part focused on the various stunts. The one takeaway from that is that Cruise is pretty much crazy and lucky to be alive, because it is really him hanging off the sides of buildings, hanging from an airplane, hanging off cliffs, HALO jumping from a plane, and stunt flying a helicopter (among other things) in the various movies. Whatever you may think of Cruise's personal life, his embrace of Scientology, etc., he is a great actor, really embracing the action genre with these movies, and puts his all into doing them. The only drawback for me is that the extras are just included on the blu-rays, so if you do not otherwise want the movies on blu-ray, but want to watch the extras, you are forced to keep them. Also, there was a weird audio sound being emitted from my player while loading, and then for the first few seconds of the Ghost Protocol movie. Luckily it did not last the entire movie and was only on that disc, but those knock the set down a star for me. If you are a fan of the movies, and collect the physical discs, and have invested in a 4k blu ray player, this set is a no brainer. The more recent movies look and sound great on the UHD format. The older movies have an okay transfer, but could definitely have been restored to look even better (which is another reason I knock it down a star).

Ótima coleção. Todos os filmes com pt-br nos discos 4k. Boa idéia da embalagem para economizar espaço, um dos ganchos que dá pressão para fechar veio quebrado. Os discos estão bem.

I love the all the movies, the plot, the cast, locations and most of all the action/stunts. The box is a thick as 2 BD movies and wont take so much space of your shelve. The only downside of the copy are the digital codes, none of them works. Overall, with these movies are great and worth to rewatch.

All the Mi movies (plus extras) in a neat box containing seperate BLU-RAY and 4K cases. Great action and terrific picture quality, a bargain. Let down only by the flimsy and poorly designed disc holders inside, which can come away during transit and then let the loose disc create further damage. Your mission, Amazon, should you choose to accept it, is to provide packing, ANY packing, inside your parcels……(especially on overseas orders!). A box set inside a bigger cardboard carton with NO packaging at all is just useless.
