I have been taking this stuff for about a year. First, the taste sucks. I read on their website you can mix it with your coffee. So, I added it to my coffee with coffee mate Italian Sweet Cream creamer and it is delicious. I actually prefer my coffee with it now. The price is absurd on Amazon too. Yes, the container isn’t full. They have to do it that way for shipping purposes. Relax-you still receive a month’s supply in an oversized container. Here is what it has done for me. I have noticed my skin has completely cleared up and has an overall nice glow to it. I have noticed a significant decrease in bloating and it helps keep me regular. It also has helped with my energy levels and over all feeling better in general. This isn’t something that is going to change your life; a shrink can help you with that. This is something that helps ensure you are getting proper nutrients that your diet may be lacking. I stopped taking it for a month and my chin broke out, my skin looked dull and I was so sluggish. Maybe it’s a placebo effect, but I don’t care. I love this stuff and will continue to have it in my coffee…but I will be buying it directly from their site!

Fantastic blend. The apple cinnamon flavour is deliciously tasty if mixed with a bit of coconut water. Just stir the scoop in or shake it in a travel coffee cup by hand. That easy. No blenders or fancy things needed. The coconut water enhances the apple cinnamon flavour, tastes more like a juice. So addictive. I must admit, if used with plain water is a bit blah for me. First morning I had it, it made those abdominal sounds in the first 1-2 hours. I guess it's like most things you try first time until the body gets used to it. However, from day 2 onwards it was fine. It works wonders in the morning shortly after taken, soothes the stomach, no bloating, makes me feel so light. Truly recommend it!

I love morning complete! I am someone who is very cheap, so buying this is out of my comfort zone. However, I continue to buy this because it really works wonders! The flavor is kind of bad by itself, but I add a bit of juice to it and it actually makes it enjoyable. The real benefits come pretty quickly. The most apparent benefit would be regular bowel movements (as someone who struggles with constipation). This made me poop every morning like CLOCKWORK. I didn't know my body could even do that! I didn't really notice a specific change in energy, but I took a blood test after using this product for about a year, and despite my two slices of bacon every morning, my doctor told me that I had the best cholesterol that she has seen in a long time. The only thing I changed to my diet was adding this product to it!

I was hoping the product would help with digestion bloating issues. But I felt nauseous every time I took it. Disappointed.

Be weary when messing with the natural flora in your gut, lesson learned! After taking the first scoop on day one the bloating started with gas and discomfort within an hour. Mild cramps followed after about 2 hours. Started to feel nauseous after 3-4 hours and had to take medication to alleviate the stomach cramps and nausea in order to get through the work day. By the end of the day my stomach looked and felt like I had swallowed a small football and I was extremely uncomfortable, only able to eat crackers and drink water. I realized then that I had been suckered by very slick marketing and an actress that I respected. At 7pm that evening I was violently ill and threw up a dark green, vile smelling liquid mess which was clearly the result of the green (rather vile tasting drink) I had taken in the morning. After expelling the contents of my stomach I had instant relief but my gut was bloated, gassy and uncomfortable with almost no appetite for the next 3 days. It is now day 4 and my appetite is now slowly returning but I am still very gassy. Note for those with a reasonably normal gut - beware of messing with the natural bacterial balance of your digestive system, unless it's to counteract a course of oral anti-biotics. I was primarily interested in the sugar control, green food and liver support aspects of the product but clearly it has a massive bacterium content which will not agree with everyone. The gas, bloating and nausea were terrible and it clearly introduced a foreign strain of bacteria into my gut which my system did not agree with. Also note that the claim that it is "delicious" is not true - yes you can catch a hint of cinnamon and apple but it smells off and likewise tastes unpleasant. I had a "gut" feeling when I drank the first cup that what I was putting into my body may not be good for me - it tasted bad enough to cause me concern. It may very well be that the batch I received was indeed off, who knows - my system certainly reacted like it had been exposed to something toxic. (Batch info on the bottom of the container: 009411 MFG DATE 09/13/2021) I will be returning both containers for a refund and will look for a super food, greens & sugar control product without the massive bacterial pre/pro-biotic concoction.
