*Note: Pic shows more pieces than come in set as I already owned a few. But being the same brand they all match nicely. Could never find the canisters I wanted in store. I prefer the ones with a locking mechanism rather than plastic lids that pop or screw on. Also found much better pricing online than in store. Already owned some OGGI canisters and found them to be very good quality. Needed more pieces and knew I wanted to stay with the brand. They arrived with no damage and are very sturdy. They really help keep frequently needed ingredients close at hand and free up space in my full pantry. I use them for stored ingredients as well as snack containers. Dependable locking mechanism for freshness. Also prefer the clear acrylic canisters to other solid versions as it makes ingredients easy to find at a glance and easy to monitor refill needs. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Love these! They are lightweight acrylic - not heavy glass - and as long as that is what you are expecting you will love them. I use them for pet snacks because they are easy to open, they are clear so you can see what is inside and I think they are air-tight enough to keep the snacks fresher than if they were in a bag. They also look nice on my mudroom counter - I have small snacks in the smallest one, bigger biscuits in the medium one and some kong style chew toys in the biggest one. Nice product!

I live in the south and insects can be a problem. These containers seal very tightly with no worries, of exposure to insects.

I've previously used similar canisters and was happy with them, but they were lost in a fire. I ordered these as a replacement. They are comparable in quality and I'm pretty happy with them. I think they look pretty good, but my real reason for liking them is so I can see what's inside them without needing labels, and I know when I'm running low at a glance. Pros: They are pretty durable, and can take a little knocking around without shattering like glass containers. They're light weight. Lids have decent seals which make them fairly airtight. Good variety of sizes for various ingredients. Cons: They are fairly wide, and since they don't have handles, might be hard for someone with arthritis in their hands to pick up. Require hand washing to avoid warping/crazing of the plastic. Metal clip which holds the lid down feels a bit flimsy. For the price I was hoping for a more solid clip. Fine powder from flour, meal, etc. tends to cling to the sides of the container making it look dusty. This doesn't matter to me, but it might to some.

I noticed that other people who had issues with these seemed to be - for the most part - putting the wrong types of food in them. Many of the issues seem to come from storing acidic foods, sugary candies that are prone to melting, etc. Basically things that you probably shouldn't be putting in airtight, temperature-sensitive containers in the first place. I highly recommend using these only to store dry goods and things that won't melt or be affected by the humidity in your house. These are plastic, not glass. I've used multiple sets for two years, and they're still going strong with very little damage, and I'll admit that I've even thrown these in the dishwasher once or twice. There is a small crack in one, which was my fault since I slammed something into it. I will admit that I do use one jar to store fresh ginger, and the ginger combined with the high humidity in my area caused it to...sprout and grow out instead of rotting! Which is a little odd but helpful, since I always have access to fresh ginger now. Freaky.

Part of my laundry room makeover, these work great to hold my laundry sheets, my baking soda, and any other bits and bobs I have. Very nice quality!

I bought these to use for my tea and coffee. The largest one I used for sugar, doesn't quite fit four pounds. They look nice and seal up very well. No complaints.

I have had these for a little bit of time now. I wanted to make sure that they were going to last. They are perfect for a busy kitchen. The lightweight is great if you have any problems with your hands and arms. They look like glass without the worry of breakage. Love them!
