Looks brand new, great quality and durability, super easy to set up- walks u thru everything, Charging speed was good on Samsung charge only thing is they send you an after market charger- good thing my husband still had has, currently battery life is adapting to my life style and drains rather quickly

Love this watch! It was on perfect condition and still works great without any issues at all, just like new! I have to add, The Sapphire glass is amazing I do not have a screen protector on this watch and wear it everyday to work to bed everything I do and it never gets scratched never never It's phenomenal! I think the Galaxy 5 watch is amazing. It's been updated to the latest OS and has all the bells and whistles you can ever hope for without spending hundreds of dollars. I think I'll always buy refurbished from now on, my only disappointment is at I couldn't afford a new Galaxy phone this year so I settle for a Motorola, but had I known that the refurbed would be as good as new I could have spent the same amount of money on a refurbed Galaxy as I did on the brand new Motorola and then all of my devices would run seamlessly

pretty decent, but pretty bad at the same time. the watch works fine. just fine. its a little laggy but it gets the job done. until it dies. when it dies it barely charges, and when it does charge it overheats non stop. i would NEVER recommend this watch to anybody.

I've had this for a few months with mixed results. I previously had a Fitbit Charge 5, so I can compare the two. The Pros: - The heart rate monitor is very good. I had difficulty getting an accurate reading off my Fitbit, this is much better. - It has a much wider range of workouts and works better with a stationary bike and treadmill, both of which I do frequently. - It automatically detects when you are doing a workout such as a walk and will turn on. The Cons: - The battery life is terrible, it has to be charged every day, otherwise it won't make it through the second day. Sometimes if I have a very active day, such as all day hiking and fishing, it may not even make all the way through the day. I could go several days with the FitBit before recharging. - I often drive my truck in mountainous area and as soon as I hit a gravel road the bike workout turns on. Not sure if there is a way to turn this off. A day in the mountains will guarantee half a dozen false bike workouts. - I like to use the MyFitnessPal app to track my calorie intake. It does not seem to adjust the calories burned very well. For example, one day I was hiking and put in 20k+ steps in rigorous hiking, and it only adjusted my calories burned by about 300 from normal. Pretty sure it was more than that. Overall, I don't feel the need to return it, but probably wouldn't buy it again.

The watch is in a good physical condition and works fine. It' battery life is not great but this is the lower end model and this should be expected. The biggest problem with this renewed watch is that you can't connect it to LTE network. For some reason, it's locked to certain carrier. I had this issue when I set it up so I ordered a replacement. The replacement watch had the same issue but this time it came already with an AT&T mobile plan on it (which should be for someone else). I ordered a refund! The bottom line it's a good watch but not an LTE (or at least the LTE is not usable).

Does everything it is told to do based off of the item description. Item came in in high quality, and I have had no problems with it whatsoever. No scratches, no weird smell, nothing bad about it at all. For this watch's quality and price, it definitely is worth it.

This watch is locked to the US. While many functions work, some do not, including updates. If you purchase this watch it will not be able to update at all.
