It is fun to play. We tried it with the extension and 6 players, and it was very enjoyable. It takes a bit of time to set up, but it is worth it. The materials are good quality.

Amazing entry level board game. Easy to pick up and have played this many times without it getting boring. Has some ice additional pieces like card storage and piece boxes that other sets don’t have. Got it on sale so definitely worth the price.

Brilliant traditional game

My mum and neice love this game also with the expansion pack.

Bought for Christmas. Came with all pieces. Game lasted an hour with 4 people. Instructions very helpful and clear. Can play with as little as 2 but winner is obvious from half way and trading doesn’t work too well. Great fun overall everyone enjoyed.

We absolutely love this game—it’s become our favorite board game and keeps the kids engaged for over an hour! The product arrived in its original packaging, and my kids were thrilled to unpack it. Everything was included: cards, coins, and dice. My two children, ages 8 and 5, really enjoy playing, especially my 8-year-old. To start, we use the Catan generator, and the game works best with at least three players. Having a banker is a nice bonus. This game is great for developing critical thinking and decision-making skills in kids. We love playing together as a family and also with friends. The pictures in the instructions help explain the different colored coins and resource cards like grain, brick, sheep, and ore. Overall, I highly recommend this game—it’s a fantastic choice for family game nights and kids play dates!
