This one is the real deal, ladies. I didn’t want to like this because of the price, but it checks a lot of boxes. I have a lot of shapewear, but most of it is not “booty lifting” or what I would call booty-friendly. I don’t have a lot to work with in the back, but gravity, pregnancy weight gain and weight loss, and the ravages of time have taken their toll. If you are familiar with traditional shaper shorts, they can totally flatten out your backside similar to the way some sports bras can flatten out the front so that you feel tight and secure, but it really compresses your assets into a “uni-booty” that can be very unflattering with tight pants. Other booty-lifting shape shorts have enhanced my rear end, but were not long enough to not give me a crease between the booty and the end of the shaper short digging in the back of my thighs that almost looks like a double booty in the back. The first benefit of these Leonisa shorts is that the legs come all the way down to the crease behind your knee, which eliminates the indent and bulge halfway down your thigh that happens with most shaper shorts when worn under tight fitting pants or leggings and can cause a dimple under the booty. The second is that the top of the shorts comes all the way up to the bra band line. I’m only 5’2” but it is long enough to tuck under my bra band to secure it, again eliminating the bulge that sometimes happens between the bra band and the top of the shape of the shaper shorts. The third benefit is that it has straps to hold it up if you need them so that you don’t need to worry about this sliding down or rolling and the straps are removable if you prefer not to use them. The fourth benefit is that the mesh on the booty does what it says it does and the material around the mesh is still compressive enough to smooth everything. The transition between the mesh and the thicker fabric is seamless and doesn’t create a line that makes it obvious you are wearing shape wear. The fifth benefit is there are no seams down the front side or back that can be seen through pants on other shaper short shorts, everything is smooth and flat. The six benefit is that the fabric is thick, quality, very compressive, but please note, as another reviewer has mentioned, not to pull the shorts up by the mesh in the booty lifting area of the back, because it is thinner than the rest of the fabric and could tear. I was very careful and prevented this from happening, but I can see how someone with long nails could easily snag this portion so just keep it in mind. The last benefit is the opening in the crotch which will prevent needing to remove the entire thing to use the restroom. I spent a lot of time searching for the right one and read a ton of reviews, so I am leaving this in hopes that it will help someone else save some time.

Algo que quiero aclaran, es que en las instrucciones detalla que se debe de tratar con cuidado la malla fina, es la que va en el trasero para que no aplaste, es como una media gruesita. Si quieres algo que te haga hiperdelgada no es para ti, esto es una sujeción ligera para vestidos marcados por ejemplo. Ah! Cuidado que se puede marcar en la rodilla
