I'm a nurse who struggles with pre and post-shift anxiety, and a manifestation of it is that I cannot sleep or get enough sleep at all no matter what I do. I've tried melatonin which worked for some time until it stopped. A co-worker of mine recommended this to me and I've been having the best sleep of my life pre-shifts! And thankfully, I didn't need to increase the dosage like I did with melatonin!

By far the best product of its kind that I’ve ever tried. I work in IT, which comes with its fair share of late nights. I usually struggle to fall asleep, and when I finally do, I wake up frequently. After taking this, I sleep so deeply that I had to start using only half a tablet. I now take a full tablet only during particularly stressful periods, such as exams or especially demanding late nights.

I love the quality of sleep I get when I take "Sleep Aid ". Only problem is , like with most sleep tablets, if you take them every day, eventually they stop working or do not work as well. I recommend on weekends or when you don't need to sleep so deeply, do not take them. Les likely you will build up a tolerance.

Nighttime 💤 aid. Take at least 30 minutes before going to bed. I found this helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep.
