The plug will not stay in the walls socket. It fell out in every hotel and home I visited while in the UK and Ireland. A waste of money, poor quality, does not work. The return date had passed by the time I was home from my trip. So disappointed and angry for being ripped off.

I like the size of it and the case. Easy to use. However my brush hair dryer and hair straightener buzzed while using and handles got very HOT. I got the converter to be able to use the hair tools. I’m glad I have it but not able to use 💯

Great for travels! Light weight and small in size comparing to other travel Plugs. And works great. Includes voltage conversion 110-240v.

It does not work. At least not in Italy. Which is unfortunately where I was going. Bought it so I'd be able to charge my phone in Italy. It did not work. Left me pretty much stranded. And apparently it blew out my phone charger, which I must now replace. It did not plug in very well, semi kinda hanging out of plug on wall. Buy at your own risk. Try one of the others. Had to give it one star 'cause they wouldn't let me post review with Zero, which is still more than this product deserves.
