This is my number one go-to product for all of my nutrition needs! I use this particular product, "Black Cohosh," to prevent the "hot flashes" caused by menopause. I have zero complaints; it works beyond fantastically. No hot flashes since I started using this vitamin/supplement! It is easy to swallow; these regular-sized capsules are a high-quality product and easy to use, with no taste whatsoever.

I didn't think this would work, but it does. Most women understand that right around their periods they run warmer. As you get older, you might sweat a night. This was happening for me and it was disrupting my sleep cycle. Someone suggested this and I figured, for less than $10 dollars I would give it a try. I take one pill with my other supplements and after about one cycle I noticed a huge difference. I still run warm, but I am not waking up sweating and needing to change my PJs. That alone is worth double the price. Just bought my second bottle.

I took these during perimenopause. Doc had put me on HRT but I thought as the only symptom I was having was hot flashes and night sweats, I hated the idea of flooding my body with hormones. So I got this brand of black cohosh and it immediately did the trick. No more flashes or sweats! And i got off the HRT! It doesn't work for everyone though. I was lucky. And so glad I tried this.
