Great flavor
Beef tallow adds flavor to beef dishes like stew, etc. Wagu, is of course, top of the line so the taste is really good. It doesn't take much. If you wish you can refrigerate your dish after cooking and skim the tallow off if you want fat free. Its a pretty good size and lasts quite awhile refrigerated.

Wonderful, but look for shipping damage.
Adds an amazing flavor! I basted a beef tenderloin with it and got rave reviews. I even put a dollop on my dog's kibble. Rave reviews there as well. Check the package upon arrival. My first order arrived with the jar cracked, and I have read reviews here where the same thing happened.

Great tallow
Absolutely love cooking with this, it’s all I use I steak of cooking oil or butter. Gives a great beef flavor

Chicago brand Wagyu tallow is superior
Makes everything taste so much better!! My husband loves when I cook with it. Flavor and consistency are excellent. I even use it when cooking for my 15 yr old dog who is extremely picky about food. I did try another brand but it was not as good quality and taste as the Chicago brand. We are hooked!

Great! Will be ordering the larger on next time. Used it for cooking all my meat, eggs perfect alternative to crappy oils in the stores.

Concern of botulism
Went to open my second jar, but it seemed odd to me. The lid was ‘domed’, raised in the middle. I opened it, and it gave off a lot of air pressure. The jar was very full, fat all over the inside of the lid. I looked it up, and fat can indeed acquire botulism, so I discarded it.
