I’ve tried several coffee brands, but Blue Tokai stands out for its freshness and aroma. The beans are roasted perfectly, and you can immediately notice the difference in quality compared to generic supermarket coffee. I especially appreciate that the packaging includes the roast date, which gives me confidence in its freshness. The flavor profile is smooth yet bold, with just the right balance of acidity. Whether brewed in a French press or AeroPress, the result is consistently excellent. The fact that Blue Tokai sources directly from Indian farms also makes me feel good about supporting local growers. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a premium coffee experience at home!

I recently tried Blue Tokai’s Attikan Estate coffee, and it’s quickly become a favorite. Here’s why: **Aroma and Flavor:** Right out of the bag, the aroma is incredible – floral, fruity, with a hint of spice and chocolate. The taste doesn’t disappoint either. It has a bright, citrusy acidity balanced by a caramel sweetness. There’s also a touch of nuttiness and cocoa that adds depth. **Body and Acidity:** The coffee has a smooth, medium to full body that’s really satisfying. The acidity is bright but not overpowering, which I love. **Brewing Methods:** I’ve tried it as a pour-over and in my French press. The pour-over brings out the nuanced flavors, while the French press highlights the rich body. I even made a cold brew, and it was super smooth and refreshing. **Pros:** - Complex and well-balanced flavors. - Great for different brewing methods. - Consistently high quality. **Cons:** - The bright acidity might be too much for those who prefer milder coffee. - Sometimes hard to find, depending on the season. **Overall:** Blue Tokai’s Attikan Estate coffee is a winner in my book. It’s got a vibrant, balanced taste that makes my mornings a lot better. If you’re into flavorful, well-rounded coffee, give this one a try!

Too acidic, too weak, the entire bag makes probably 20 cups at most. Don't see what the hype is about this brand, this was my first time trying out a french press coffee, definitely going back to instant coffee powder now
