Great backup power solution
This smart panel and backup battery are working great. It was fairly easy to install. The portable panel works but I’d recommend 2 to 4, 400 watt panels to really offset your electric usage at home.

Functionality is great, $$ per kWh can be augmented otherwise
Functions great - solar inputs take in a lot, and we can use the generator input while the AC output is powering the house (using generator adapter cable). $$ per kWh is pricey - I got the base unit plus one expansion battery, but for more stored juice I got some big LiFePO4 batteries that can plug right into the DC solar inputs.

A Must Have for All Computer Systems
Exceptional value for the money. I needed a UPS that would allow for enough power to run my computer systems for at least an hour after the power went out. This system fits that need perfectly. Additionally, for longer power outages, I can attach a solar array and keep the battery charged indefinitely. The system is easy to set up and far exceeds my expectations. If you want a UPS system with a lot versatility check it out.

Impressive
This is an impressive piece of equipment. Well made, packaged appropriately for size and weight, delivered much sooner than originally expected. While only time will tell about overall battery life the unit works as advertised and I appreciate that I can add to the system over time.

Anker customer service and their delivery SUCKS
Worst delivery experience! I bought this from Amazon and scheduled it for delivery on 11/29. Lo and behold the Amazon App and FedEx app both showed delivery would be today, on 11/26. They never showed up although I changed my plans and rearranged my entire day to be home to not miss this delivery. Not only they never showed up, they also left never left a tag on the door and yet claim that no one was home. Amazon’s customer service is nonexistent! Same with Anker. I can’t even cancel this order at the moment, yet I’ve been billed already. I’ll take this up with my credit card company. FEDEX, AMAZON and ANKER suck

Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus
This power station fills my needs as a back up power source for my gas generator. it also had the connections I needed so I did not have to get new cables to connect to the electrical panel.

Solid
Received earlier than expected. Heavy unit. Well made. Came 80% charged and it took like 20 minutes to be 100% charged. Extra battery plugs right in and it was performing as intended. Panels seem well build. Unable to test because wiring will need to be longer, it is not a unit to be moving in and out of the house. So far I like it 4 starts because I will need to test

Hard to fine a hookup!
I purchased this several months ago but have not been able to find an electrician to hook it up to my electrical panel. It works fine, but right now it's just sitting in a corner of my house. It seems easy to install, but I'm not going to void my home warranty by doing it myself. I called Anker for help, but they have no one available in my area who can hook it up.

The units work well. There a bit quirky, outlets shut off depends how you charge. That makes no sense to me. Ive got the generator adapter with all sorts of power, yet plugs are disabled unless i buy an adapter. It would make sense to configure the plugs way you want. I believe my unit is miswired slightly… All my 120v outlets have voltage present while running off the battery 25A plug has 120v Definitely need to test more. Ive been sourcing all sorts of adapters to see if i can make it work for my setup. Id say theres potential. Will probably purchase the home power panel kit.
