This chair and ottoman are exceptionally comfortable, smooth and quiet. The whole family loves it.

We purchased this chair for my daughter’s room. It arrived quickly and was remarkably easy to assemble. The snaps were a bit difficult, as other reviewers have indicated, but if you employ a bit of elbow grease and patience, they snap into place quite nicely. It looks great and is very comfortable. Let’s get down to the brass tacks:Pros:*package arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged.*the item color was exactly as described and shown in the description (light pink).*sturdy construction*smooth bearings and smooth rocking motion*well-constructed*heavy-duty fabric on the upholstery*the side pocket is great for storing storybooks, etc.*ridiculously quick and easy assemblyCons:*the snaps were a bit difficult to fasten when we assembled it, but it worked out.For the price, you really can’t go wrong with this! See the pictures - it’s great!UPDATE: We've been using this chair multiple times daily and have had no issues with it at all. My husband and dad (both well over 200 pounds) use it daily, as do my daughter and I. The chair still rocks smoothly and has held up remarkably well. I haven't had a single issue with it like other reviewers have indicated. Good, sturdy piece of furniture.Update #2: Going on a year of using this chair and, despite regular daily use, it continues to function flawlessly. It’s so comfortable...my husband and I have fallen asleep in this chair multiple times!UPDATE#3: We’ve had this chair for two years now, and it’s holding up great, even with heavy daily use! The upholstery hasn’t lost any of its color and it isn’t wearing at all. The chair and footstool still glide smoothly, without a hitch! Great quality!UPDATE #4: We have had this chair for nearly FOUR YEARS! It is heavily used on a daily basis by my husband and I and all three of our children (two of whom are teenagers). It still glides smoothly and looks great. The seat cushion hasn’t even flattened out too much, and the back padding hasn’t flattened at all. I would say I’d buy another one, but it doesn’t look like we’re going to have to replace this one any time soon, because it’s just that well made!

Very hesitant due to reviews of it breaking and me being on the pretty thick side! But for the price of it compared to the delta kinds 350$ + I figured why not try it! I needed a rocker, it's cute and matches room! Plus we gotta spend thousands in total for everything needed, we're not doing shower bc ppl are struggling atm so extra 200$ can go towards a lot! When my husband was putting it together i kept saying oh hell no that's too small and not wide enough for my bum! I said finish and I'll see but I was 90% positive it world be returned. I'm a pre-pregnancy size14 w/ hips and big butt so it looked like it would be too tight! Plus i really only sit Indian style which i obviously couldn't in it! WELP...I WAS WRONG! It's actually perfect and very comfy too! The back is high enough to rest your head and neck. The ottomen is prefect bc I hate sitting like a normal human w/ feet/legs down! Silent...no sounds and very smooth rocking! It also feels very sturdy to me so far! My husband looked at those pics of broken backs and pointed out how it appears to not have been properly together but idk! We've had it up for almost 1.5mths and everday i go sit on it in nursery and it's really relaxing! I surprisingly highly enjoy it, happy we got it as to save $! It also matches perfectly. The frame is real wood which is huge bc most furniture is crap mdf pressboard nowadays! Can't wait until nursery is finished and its moved in right spot as its not staying where in pic...we have a 55gal fishtank in way of where its going that i can't move until after baby or hubby gets help. But yeah I pretty shocked, so far so good IMO!

While pregnant I agonized for months over which rocking chair to buy for breastfeeding. I knew it would only get used for a few short months then go sit in a corner and gather dust so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. I kept coming back to this one but just couldn't justify the price tag, and ended up accepting an old wicker rocking chair from my parents house that apparently they used when I was a baby, although I swear I've never seen that chair in their house all these years. It was hard and uncomfortable and rickety but hey it was free right? Well, I used it to breastfeed and pump for a couple of days after bringing the baby home and was miserable. I went to our first pediatrician appointment which was also a lactation consultation, and they had this amazing gliding chair. My back was KILLING me at this point from all the hunching over during feeding and pumping sessions, and I about cried with relief when I sat down in it. I had to have one. So after 2 months of trying to live with the awful chair, I gave in and got this, even though the reviews had made me cringe... I was scared to death of it falling apart on us. It took my husband about 10 minutes to put together and said (jokingly) whoever the chair broke apart for must have either done it wrong or were really fat, because he was impressed with the materials and such. I'm still on the lookout for it giving out on us but so far so good! I actually look forward to using it and it makes feedings MUCH less stressful, which is incredibly important for milk production. It goes beautifully with the theme of the nursery too! I actually plan on using this for my gaming chair after it's served it's baby purpose. The only minor complaint I could possibly have is that if I use the ottoman while rocking it tends to make me feel motion sickness which I never get, but if I put my feet on the floor instead I don't have that problem. Not sure why this is but I'm sure it's just a thing unique to me that I'll eventually get over. This chair has saved me!

We were worried it may be damaged in shipping. It was packaged great no damage. Love it. Glider works by barely moving ankles

La Amé, es súper cómoda , vale 100% la pena

Es súper cómodo, ideal para relajarse y descansar! El único detalle que no me gusto es la calidad de los almohadones, valdría la pena si invirtieran un poquito más en hacerlos de un mejor material.Por lo demás es un muy buen sillón y el envío y la entrega estuvieron perfectamente.

Comfortable and on time. Great for our baby. But the footstool top does not fit the wooden part of the footstool :-(

Me encantó la silla mecedora, es muy cómoda, la tela es suave y se mueve fácilmente para arrullar al bebé. La silla tiene unas bolsas a los lados que son prácticas para tener algunas cosas a la mano. El taburete para los pies también se mece entonces es súper cómodo, Las instrucciones para armar son simples y la silla es bonita. En verdad la recomiendo muchísimo para el cuarto de bebé

Buen diseño, ideal para la recamara, para leer un buen libro y relajarse, no solo para arrullar un bebé. Pero son más caros los impuestos y el envió que la silla.
