Spring & Mulberry Dark Chocolate Bars - Refined Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Sweetened with Dates, Healthy Chocolate - Coffee 3 Pack

I purchased both the Pecan and Mixed Berry versions. While they are pricey to the point of being an luxurious indulgence and I won't be able to purchase them often due to a fixed income, I feel the need to share my opinion on these treasures. These are very fine chocolates, silky, with a lovely mouthfeel. Extraordinary in the flavor profiles. I'm diabetic, and these did NOT affect my glucose in any way, which is key to my health. Unlike many dark chocolates, they are not bitter in the least. I love seeing the whole pecans, the whole berries. I'd like to add that I'm 78 years old, and when I was a child, my mother was a gourmet cook, somehow surviving in the deep fried south. These reminded me of times when she'd wake me at 3am on a school night to get me to taste some delicacy she'd found -- an exotic vanilla from some faraway land or some strange spice. So I grew up with a very sophisticated palate. She would have loved these. I am giving five stars because they are exquisite, regardless of the fact they'll be an unaffordable indulgence for me. It was worth the splurge.

lovely dark chocolate with the just the right amount of sweetening. just 3 ingredients and no white sugar which is a good thing! of course everyone's palate is different but here's my take on all 10 flavors: Pure Dark-delicious & just what it says with 3 simple ingredients. Coffee-delicious with a nice coffee flavor. MangoChili-mango is sparse & chili is light. a tad sweeter than other bars. MulberryFennel-you have to love Fennel (anise) & the mulberries add a nice sweetness. MintLeaf-dark chocolate & mint, very nice. BloodOrange-just like the dark choc covered orange pieces from my youth. Good flavor. LavenderRose-boring fruit & lavender plus has bee pollen. MixedBerry-fruit dry & boring. very little fruit flavor. PecanDate-too few pecans & the salt doesn't seem to belong. Bergamot-floral, almost too much. Lavender & Bergamot oil. Probably best to stick with the simpler ingredient: Pure Dark, Coffee, Mint, Orange & Fennel flavors, if you love fennel.

My husband loved these, he is a dark chocolate fan and also trying to clean up his diet from sugar. They were fresh, the chocolate was a nice texture.

Very yummy, and I like that it's made with date sugar. However the price has soared, and while I gather cocoa is scarce and all chocolate is rising in price, I'm not sure I'll buy this again.

WOW!! This is the most decadent bitter sweet (in a most delightful way) date sweetened chocolate I’ve ever tasted. Even better than the coconut sugar sweetened HU chocolate!! Yes, yes, yes!! I was so worried. And after needing to take a second mortgage ON MY HOUSE to afford it, man was I pleasantly surprised upon taking my first bite . I ordered the dark chocolate with pecans and sea salt. THE BEST. C’mon guys let’s check this price point so that not ONLY THE VERY WELL TO DO CAN AFFORD. Cheers! 💦 🍋

Incredibly disappointed! There was absolutely no chili or mango in this chocolate. The chocolate flavor was very good, but other than that, it wasn't worth the money.

I love this chocolate bar! First, when you open the package, it smells like freshly brewed coffee!! Who doesn't love the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Secondly, it gives you a real caffeine kick without all the acidity of coffee. I am buzzing now and have been very productive since eating about 1/2 of the bar :))). This is a real game changer for me, because I can't drink coffee much due to the acidity. I definitely plan to reorder!! It's not as sweet as eating a bar with sugar, but the health benefits outweigh that.

Looks nothing like pictured. Photos of chocolate bar are very deceiving. Taste is OK but nothing like other high quality chocolates that I've had and for the outrageous price I am very disappointed.
