I was skeptical at first, but then I said, "what the heck?" i've spent money on worse things, so I gave them a shot. I used them for the recommended five nights and have eliminated my leg cramps. Five nights on, five nights off. No jumping out of bed, hit the cold floor to attempt stopping the cramping. 30+ days and still using. Easy to apply, remove. Feels a little warm when you first apply, no odor. Works for me!!!!!!

These are the premium Foot Pads. I love them because they are indidually wrapped and all comes in one piece to stick to the bottom of my feet. These helps me sleep well and in the winter, they help keep my feet nice and warm. I wake up feeling much more refreshed after using them.

Great taking the impurities but sticking plaster it is connected to comes of during the night, I recommend that you put on a thin pair of socks to hold them on

ich habe jetzt erst 10 anwendungen gemacht. immer noch dunkelschwarz. bin mal gespannt ob sich das noch ändert. wenn das schwarz beweis für reinigung ist, dann bin ich wohl auf dem richtigen weg. deshalb erstmal 4 sterne.
