I have 17 BluRam cameras (various models). IMO: Initial setup can be extremely frustrating. I use only WiFi setup, think my problem is that my 2.5 & 5 Gig networks use the same SSID also my password and SSID are not short. My solution has been to use another WiFi network with a short & simple SSID & password just to get the units working. Then go in and update the network config to the correct info. Once working I have had no major problems. I would like the vendor to update their software so PC & Cell apps all have access to every setup option. Would be GREAT if the PC app could do everything the phone app can. You have to do some settings on the phone, and other settings on the PC. Also if you chose to share, I have never been able to get the shared user to get access to anything other than live stream.

I feel lied to. Cams just refused to connect to my network using WPA3 security settings. I had to drop down to WPA2-PSK to get them to join the network. Ergo, they are NOT Wifi6 as claimed. WPA3 security is a requisite for WiFi6. These cams are low-security and easily-hackable.Moreover, they are annoying. They keep recording audio-only clips. There does not seem to be a way to turn that off without turning off the entire microphone (meaning video clips will not have audio either).So, overall, pretty useless cameras. I am still figuring out how to access video clips that should be saved to the SD card. I am no novice, I have gone through many brands of cameras in the past year alone. They all have their flaws, but this brand seems the most useless (best so far is C125 from Tapo, which does have WPA3 security, but is only 2.4GHz - I need 5GHz).
