So, this moisturizer/toner body lotion really does keep your skin hydrated, as long as you apply it twice a day. I like that it’s lightweight and not overly thick or creamy. It doesn’t clog my pores or cause breakouts when I’m sweating and moving around, which is a huge plus in this Texas heat. This is my first time trying this brand, and I wanted something that works as both a toner corrector and body moisturizer, especially since it’s inspired by Asian skincare. As an Amazon delivery driver, I’m out in the sun all day, so I end up with a farmer’s tan and some scars I’d love to fade. I plan to do a side-by-side when I finish the bottle so y’all can see if there’s a real difference. Oh, and the scent? It smells like bubble gum, which is kind of fun. As for quality, it goes on smooth and feels like a long-lasting aloe lotion. My skin doesn’t feel dry an hour later. It stays hydrated until I unwind from a long day, I usually reapply when I get to bed. Is it worth it? I’ll know for sure once I finish the bottle, but so far, I’m impressed.

This is very lovely indeed, especially right after showering. It is not thick at all, almost watery consistency (which I personally prefer), absorbs quickly and leaves me feeling moisturized without sticky cream residue. Would recommend.

A really pleasant product. Thin, light, with a sake scent that disappears quickly. Moisturizes my dry, sensitive skin without the sticky mess of many other lotions, creams, oils and butters.

Most important thing up front: makes your skin instantly softer. Goes on silky, smooths in and disappears, leaving no fragrance behind. Excellent ingredients. My husband and I both tried it at the same time and then we immediately ordered another container--one for each bathroom. The Japanese know-how for skin care is worthy of our respect. Happy to have found this.

This Japanese lotion is very light with great results I order it every summer Specifically due to less oil residue left in the swimming pool water Now I’m also using it at night so my sheets don’t get all greasy It works !

This one of my favorite skincare item. This very moisturizing even though it watery. It is very versatile. It is a moisturizer and emulsion and makeup primer. During cold months I will use this with a thicker moisturizer and use this as my moisturizer in the hot months. This is one of my favorite Japanese emulsions.

Smells like wet dog

To me this feels similar to what face serum feels like when you are putting it on. It is thin and feels like you are putting on a thicker version of water rather than a moisturizer, and doesn't give the same type of moisturizing sensation after application. It's like a base layer of moisturizer and you'd still want your top layer of a cream moisturizer. I feel it's the same with this product. My skin does feel moisturized but not like "deep moisturization". The consistency is thin and the lotion runs. The scent is light and pleasant, nothing overpowering. It's a relatively small bottle for the cost at the time of this review so I'd honestly say it's probably not a great value for the money, and I'd look at other products.
