It’s only been a few days but off day one I felt the effects I always hated going to work cuz it’s boring and I end up snacking on everything cuz I’m so bored. But this made me feel great for my entire shift and I had a little more I no appetite which is also what I was looking for. Like it took me my entire shift to finish my coffee that I normally finish within the first 30 minutes. And I felt full the whole day.

Been using it for a couple of weeks and already feeling the difference. So easy to take and I dont feel sluggish throughout the day like I used to. My joints dont feel inflamed anymore.
