I am a 21 year old female that was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis at the age of 16. Once a year I would only get 1 period for the whole year. These gummies taste amazing! I usually hate taking vitamins but I don’t mind taking these at all! I’ve even noticed a difference in energy and that time of the month doesn’t hurt as bad as it used to! I used to have excruciating cramps for days two months later of taking these vitamins daily I only have one bad day now compared to the 3 I used to have! The recommended dosage, 2/day, works perfectly for me. I have tried many versions of inositol supplements and this has been my favorite. Most are nasty tasting but this one is yummy. It helps a lot with period pains and mood swings.
