I’m really happy I purchased this magnesium product. I have been having issues sleeping for many years. I started taking one at night before I went to bed however, lately I opted to start taking two. The first night I slept so well. I would recommend it to anybody with sleeping issues. My husband also takes it and it helps him sleep as well.

Seen be like that should be written obviously on front, not Tony on the back no one reads. Never had a supplement needing refrigeration after opening. Took me two weeks to realize it. Probably a lot of money down the drain. I'm angry. I don't have money to waist. Really.

I never know what to put on reviews for vitamins because you can't really tell if they are working but I did feel a bit better after taking these.
