This watch is nice for some things, but if you care about your heart rate tracking and want to use that for fitness goals then I would suggest a different watch. The steps seem accurate, the sp02 seems accurate, all other features and the connection to the phone and its alerts are all well. The screen touch can be pretty sensitive and the screen turns on at the slightest movement of the wrist. Granted you can turn this feature off and just use the side button to view screen, it’s still nice to have the wrist turning screen on option. It’s a decent watch, especially for the price. But I would use caution if you’re wanting to monitor your heart rate, and this can affect your calories burned reading if it is including your HR as a baseline. The steps seem accurate though, but pretty upsetting about the HR. For example my heart rate would actually be at 165 and my watch would say 93.
