Kason 1095 Spring Action Door Closer, 11095000013

This is a very high quality door closer! The price is definitely high, but it was pretty easy to install and it works very well! It's rather loud, but it keeps the door closed firmly and fit well onto the included bracket. The installation template included was quite helpful in getting the holes drilled correctly, and we haven't had to adjust it at all once installed. It's been cycled a bunch now and we have yet to have an issue with it. Great product!

GOOD PART

This seems ill written as product states “with Adjustable Wide Hook 7/8 to 1 5/8 Inch Offset”. So how does one adjust a pre bent hook to have an offset from 7/8 to 1 5/8 inch. What is adjustable to allow said 7/8 to 1 5/8 offset? Slots won’t allow that offset.

Worked great and easy to install

Order came in quick and it was as easy to replace the existing parts. Only problem is.... It can in just a latch but the as complete piece.... I had to use it my old one, later when. I double check the listing it only showed the piece they shipped. For new installer... Please consider it carefully because you will end up stuck. Seller..... Please be clear in your listing about the catcher ( or whatever it says) not included. Rest was excellent
