I have used several of this company's products. I love that they are simple, clean, and affordable. This is a very basic multi, methylated so good for those of us with the MTHFR mutation. Affordable and this bottle has 240 in it! No issues with digestion, etc. and I saw no difference in my energy levels, but I have taken a multivitamin for years so hard to gauge anything except a lack of negative affect.

I rarely write product reviews but this methylated multivitamin is exceptional. I have been taking it for over two months and it has provided noticeable improvements in alertness, stamina, strength and overall wellbeing. I no longer feel any need for an afternoon nap; I perform better in the gym, and I find it easier to focus for longer time periods. Of all the things I have tried for these same benefits, this one is by far the best.

I was really happy with this vitamin. It was easy to swallow with no taste, but I recently had blood work done and they said my Vitamin B12 was way too high. I’m not sure why it would be so high in a multivitamin. So now I have to stop taking it. The doctor said it wasn’t good for my B12 to be so high, so I’m not sure who this multivitamin would be good for.

I am very impressed since someone told me to use Methylated vitamins. I have felt good and have not been sick since I started over a year ago.

No, but I've bought these different vitamins separately because methylated is much more efficient. Really helps the body so much more than the others. And wow thank God for these guys. I really know what they're doing. Don't get jittery I just get energy.
