I left juice in it for two days and it still had some ice on it.

This is nothing more than a giant thermos. It will only hold heat if the water is already boiling hot. If you don’t have a way to heat the water before you put it in it is useless.

These guys are used in our coffee trailer for events where we know there will be large volume of hot drinks needed. We can TRUST these ti keep milk warm enough for hot chocolate! That is HUGE in event venues!

Used this as a hot water dispenser for hot chocolate and tea at a party. Boiled the water and poured it in. Stayed hot outside during a cold autumn night (52F - cold to us). Added more water after 2 hours due to usage, so that probably helped it last the 4 hours. And did not make a mess from dripping. This was the first use. Hope it continues to perform well at next year's party.
