⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m honestly so disappointed and frustrated. This is my second steamer, and it stopped working in less than six months. I purchased it in May and started reaching out in October — yet here we are, months later, with no real solution. Actual was told I was out of 6 month warranty time frame! I’ve been told repeatedly that they’re waiting on the manufacturer, and even asked to take the unit apart myself, which is not something I should have to do. I followed every instruction, sent pictures, and the steamer still doesn’t work. At this point, I just want a replacement or some form of compensation. It shouldn’t take this long to stand behind your product. I really believed in this brand at first, but this experience has been so disappointing.

I like this steamer. It has indeed been very helpful for my hair care, and it fully meets my requirements. I like it can improve the quality of my hair! This is the best professional steamer, and I strongly recommend this product.
