I've been taking this supplement brand, off and on for about 4 months now, to support a healthy heart and maintain a good blood pressur. So far it seems to be working well for me. Generally, I don't have a high BP but because it could be genetic and as a senior, I just want to keep the numbers between the green and yellow mark of the BP monitor. I like the fact that its rapid release softgels, odorless and it's high mg. I have tried other name or generic brands with lesser mg and they're also good. I'm ordering this again to see if it will continue to give me the good numbers.
