We have 4 dogs, including 2 healers and a Great Purines. The dog hair is a constant battle along with the regular paw prints all over the floors. I’d previously had a Shark Mop/Vac and it did ok ish but regularly the brush would get clogged from the amount of dog fur. This one has been my dream mop/vac. It is worth every penny. It is so easy to set up. I love that it has clean and dirty water tanks. You can set how often during a mop that it cleans the mop heads so it’s not just pushing around dirty water. It’s great at navigating any space, even around dining room chairs and dog beds. It auto detects obstructions and carpet to work appropriately. The app is super user friendly. It cleans my whole 1200sqft space without having to recharge. You can customize every aspect of the cleaning so the rooms that need it get a deeper clean and the ones that don’t preserve energy while still keeping up with regular maintenance cleaning. I run it every day and won’t go back to any other brand.

Best purchase ever! I wanted a robot vacuum and mop combo that was smart, powerful, and easy to use, and the Roborock Qrevo MaxV did not disappoint. I loved it so much that I bought two: one for downstairs and one for upstairs. Both units perform amazing and keep my home free of dog hair, human hair, and dust. They handle tile floors and area rugs with ease, intelligently detecting and switching between surfaces. The mapping feature identifies where every rug and tile section is. I especially love the remote control and live camera view, which let me check in and monitor cleaning progress from anywhere. The dock system is equally impressive, it washes and dries the mop pads automatically, empties the dustbin, and keeps everything ready for the next run. The dust bag lasts a long time, minimizing maintenance and making it hands-free. App is great and easy to use from running scheduled cleanings to troubleshooting any issues. The Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X has honestly blown me away. I’ve owned several robot vacuums, but this one feels like the next generation of smart cleaning. The curved design actually makes a difference — it reaches corners and edges better than anything I’ve tried before, leaving the entire floor looking freshly cleaned. The suction power is impressive, especially on carpets, and the mop function is on another level. Instead of just dragging a damp pad around, it really scrubs and lifts dirt, so the floors actually look shiny afterward. I’m absolutely shocked this vacuum has such a high praise. I’ve never been misled from Amazon reviews until this purchase. I had a Roomba when they first entered the market; it was just all right. I had a Narwal Robo vac/mop and loved it so much. I wanted to upgrade to a self-emptying one. This was phenomenal out of the box. It lifted over my rug’s edge with no difficulty even though I placed it right at the edge to start. From there, it was all downhill. Even the gorgeous lines my Narwal left on my rug, this one left a giant X with its pattern. It left dust and wool piles everywhere. I stepped on the hardwood and couldn’t believe it had crumbs still on it because my old vacuum never left a crumb and is half the cost of this. The true test: My chocolate brown rug still had white specks on it after I turned it on Turbo mode. Aesthetically, the cord was not flat or white like Narwal’s, so it jutted out from the wall way further. Finally, it could never get out from the start location again without stalling. The self-emptying aspect is deceptive. Just like this, even Narwal’s version comes with a bag instead of plastic container, so you have to continually purchase bags and store them (I hate that), so the self-emptying function isn’t worth having. I’m going back to my original Narwal. Thank God I tried that one first or else I wouldn’t have even bothered with robo vacuums as my first generation Roomba was similar to this one (leaving dust piles). Only pro I have on this is that the app is far better than Narwal’s. The software is extremely user friendly and superior. Also the mop pads are gray and undercarriage too, which makes sense because dust is gray.

I am honestly in love with this robot. I’ve used another well-known and decent brand for six years and went through four different models from them, so I have a lot of experience with robot vacuums. Still, this Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X is on another level. It’s more efficient, more thorough, and much more practical to live with. Emptying the dirty water, refilling the clean water, and maintaining it in general is very very easy and well designed. It does its job perfectly. I was skeptical at first, so I tested the mopping by putting down a piece of white paper towel to see if it would really mop properly — and the result was spotless. The mopping is genuinely excellent. The vacuum power is also noticeably stronger than my previous “second-best” brand. From now on, this is definitely my brand. I’m genuinely in love with this robot. It also looks very nice and elegant, but keep in mind that it needs a dedicated space for its base. My previous robot lived easily under a side table, but this one took some planning to place properly. One small downside: the app is not the most user-friendly at first (and I’m an IT professional:) . It takes some time to figure everything and get used to it. Overall: powerful, smart, beautifully designed, and extremely effective. A big upgrade.

Great little machine. We use it almost every day. We have a 3 level house with a dog and a newborn baby. We’ve been using it for about a month with no issues what’s so ever. Great with dog hair, laminate, carpeted floors and various area rugs of different thicknesses and materials. Self cleaning is a great feature. Requires minimal maintenance outside of emptying the dirty tank/ filling the clean water tank. The dust bin is a bag system that lasts a lot longer than I expected having a dog. Buying the bags are the only downside but they seem to be large enough to last awhile. The app is great, easy to use. The machine self maps each floor. EDITED: Don't buy. Doesn't work well after a couple of months. Cleaned sensors, tanks, etc many times. Was great at the start, not so much now.
