Gisou Honey Infused Hair Perfume – Long-Lasting Hair Fragrance with Mirsalehi Honey & Argan Oil, Lavender Berry Scent, 1.7 Fl Oz

Gisou's prestige hair perfumes feel so luxurious and decadent. I love that they're made in Finland, and I enjoy the theming around them (15ml size is shaped like a beehive, perfume is honey colored, the caps are different tones of pink depending on shade - they're beautiful and elegant looking on my vanities). The line feels thoughtfully crafted. The hair mists are pretty strong on me, but fragrance tends to last really well in my hair in general. Wild Rose is my favorite of this trio. It smells like red roses drizzled in creamed vanilla and honey, then dusted with powdered sugar. The scent is soft, romantic, and charmingly sweet, with impressive longevity for a hair fragrance. One light spritz perfumes my hair for over 24 hours without ever feeling heavy or overpowering. My husband always notices and compliments the fragrance, so it's ’s a head-turner in the most delicate way. Wildflower Honey is a more subtle, creamy, honeyed floral that makes me think of golden beeswax and almond-tinged honey, airy petals, and that "freshly washed hair" aura. It's clean-girl luxury, with a quiet, glowing sweetness that lasts about eight hours. Lavender Berry is quite fruity, with notes that smell like tart blackberry and cool lavender. It's very purple in feel. This one isn't my personal favorite, but it's inoffensive; I just don't wear a lot of fruity-forward fragrances. The formulas are another reason I love these: they're non-oily, weightless, and shine enhancing, with a blend of alcohol, fragrance, castor oil, and argan oil that never weighs down my fine hair. The result is silky, softly scented hair that feels clean and pretty.

The Gisou Wildflower Honey perfume has been my signature scent since I came across it a couple years back (I just wear it like you would regular perfume) so when I saw the Rose scent on sale I decided to do a blind buy since I typically like rose scents. I am SO happy I took a chance and got this! It's definitely on the heavier gourmand side with the strong vanilla base it has, but it's so feminine and sweet in the best of ways -- it's not cloying and it doesn't carry a weight to it impo. Now I feel like I need to try out the Lavender scent they offer but I'll have to wait for it to go on another 50% sale.

After receiving a sample of this hair perfume from Sephora, I immediately got a full bottle. Safe to say I’m already obsessed with it. Now, if you’d told me a few years ago that I’d be out here buying a hair perfume, I would’ve laughed, because… what even is that?! As an elder millennial, my brain goes straight to the days when people could smoke in bars and you’d come home with your hair absolutely reeking, but not wanting to wash it after every night out (which, realistically, was like every night). I used to use a Bed Head product that was specifically for neutralizing that smell, but it also left my hair greasy. Thankfully this spray is the complete opposite of that product and kinda feels like the grown up, refined version of that (IN A WAY). Instead of needing to use it after a smelly bar, now I use it after I finish styling or on mornings when im not washing my hair and don’t want to walk around smelling like my pillows (gross). Even after a bunch of styling products, once I’ve heat styled my hair it usually barely smells like anything more than hair. With just 2 spritzes of this perfume, it fixes that immediately! There is absolutely no weighing down or making my hair look oily either. The scent itself is a honey leaning gourmand that smells fresh and natural and not sickly sweet at all, and it pairs nicely with my regular perfume. It lasts practically until the next time you wash your hair which is insanely awesome. My friends have all noticed the smell of my hair recently, and now we are all a little bit obsessed with it. This would probably be really dangerous to use next time you go on a first date, come to think of it… Overall this is spray is soooo worth it if you want your hair to smell amazing without adding buildup. I highly recommend it to anyone who has hair. Period.

Pros: This honey infused hair perfume is light, not overpowering and does not weigh my hair down. It feels soft on, not crunchy or sticky and seems to hydrate/smooth my hair. I am the cook in my home and does this does help neutralize odors. It is packaged in a nice box and beautiful bottle. I realize scent is a highly personal preference, but the only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is that is has a slight baby powder scent that I don't particularly care for. Other than that, I would recommend this as a quality hair freshener for daily use.

I was really looking forward to trying this floral edition and it didn't disappoint. The lavender and berry scent is super delicate and fresh, not heavy at all. I love that the fragrance lasts for several hours in my hair.

The smell is nice but very very weak scent and doesn't last at all. In a few minutes it doesn't even smell anymore. There is barely any scent to this and its not worth the money at all. The packaging is also 50ml which is super tiny. Barely smells at all and super expensive. I am Very disappointed. I wish the smell would have been more intense and reasonable for the price. I cannot even return this.

I have the Gisou hair oil so this perfume goes incredibly well to smell like absolute honey. It lasts. If you straighten your hair or anything like that put this one after so your hair won’t smell burnt:) I love!

I love wearing this in my hair, especially on date night. I always get compliments when I wear it. I have have the other scents, but this is the best one. Smells so feminine and fresh and light, but the smell lasts and lingers.
