Fast shipping g but when I opened it and turned it on a screen popped up saying the internal battery was no good. Ended up returning it.

After checking all the specs .necessary updates firmware update. Opened up the laptop, looks good inside hardware looks fine . No scratches or dents. little sticker residue here and there gave it a good wipe down .perfect. Im just using it for college.

Laptop is great, but battery won’t hold a charge
Plugged it in, set it up, updated firmware, updated Windows, but when I unplugged the laptop, it died. Batteries are only $30 and easy to replace, but I shouldn’t have to.
