Just buy it
This is the best cottage cheese I have ever eaten. Its thick and not watery. It taste delicious and is filling. Its always sold out at the local grocery.

It is probably the best cottage cheese on the market but they now are not able to keep up with the demand (they told me that) and are hoping to ramp up as soon as they can.
