Was served these at the Ritz Carlton with my coffee and fell in love. Had to have them for home too.

Some questioned the 1lb 10 oz description on front. Well, this box is heavy! I weighed it on my food scale, and comes to 1lb 11.5 ounces, box says 1 lb, 10.5 oz. , and you get 2 of these. I think it provides a richer sweetness without all the stripping, bleaching and processing. I like to set it out on the table with a small spoon or tongs. Very happy with my purchase, and would buy again. Remember the question....'one lump or 2'? and they weren't talking about a fist fight!

Absolute upgrade for espresso drinkers - the flavor complements and enhances the natural espresso taste with a richness and velvety, subtle sweetness that does not diminish the coffee profile. It does cost 5x more than off the shelf brown sugar, so it's a splurge, but worth it if you really love coffee.
