I’ve over 20 years working in bakery and this is the first time I find this bright color with just a pinch of the powder color. Thus is the best food coloring I’ve ever tried!! Wow 🤩 over 20 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Excelent Quality, natural ingredients easy to add and mix excellent value for money and a great functionality

Colors were definitely vibrant. Like very much that it’s powder. Makes frosting consistency easier to control. Just an FYI, as the frosting dries it does get darker. Not a huge problem but something to keep in mind.

I bought this to color my white chocolate and it just created a mess! Even the smallest amount of powder dropped on the counter, smears and dyes with water. But put it into chocolate and it stays in big chunks and will not color at all.

I struggled to make certain colors when making cake mix, and especially icing from scratch. Well, the red and blue powder in this kit worked as it should. I added the powder to my icing, used an immersion blender, and 10 minutes later, I was looking at a nice red. I put my icing in fridge overnight after mixing it with this powder coloring, and use immersion blender again the next day. It was a deeper red the next day. As you can see from my photos, red is red, as it should be, and blue is blue too. I will absolutely be buying these again when I run out. They do not affect the taste of my icing or cake mix and I do NOT use that much powder to achieve color. They were easy to use, just dab in color with a little spoon that come with kit. It mixes very well with icing, and is not gritty. They were not expensive at all considering how much gel costs and how much you have to use gel compared to these powders. I laughed at the brand name though, Food coloring powder. That's it.

Beautifully pigmented powders. I've never used food coloring in this form and wanted to experiment with our egg coloring. They're vibrant and rich, easily dissolved into the vinegar solution. Having the set allowed us to customize and play around with a much broader range of colors. We all really enjoyed our original creations and were surprised at the vibrancy!! Though we'll keep on hand for future egg coloring, there are endless ways to use these powders. I gave 4 stars due to the loss of use with a few of the colors. The containers are tiny, loaded with rich product, but incredibly tricky if you get a dud like this set contained. Also, if you are working with children or anyone with dexterity limitations, these tiny tubs would need to be assisted. I struggled as did my step-dad, we didn't want to risk using a sharp to pry at it for risk of breaking the tub open or getting cut. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend for anyone looking to add color to their food or crafts. We wore medical nitrile gloves, because they will stain immediately!!

First time to use powdered coloring and was really pleased how little it took to get the colors I wants for cake layers. No strange taste either for the darker reds and blues which is great. I will say there is a learning curve on how much to use…very little is needed…but love how vibrant my cakes turned out! Highly recommend.

These are very bright! But very messy. I wish there were better instructions on ways to use
