My son and his best friend each got one of these bikes for Christmas 2023 they were both about to turn 15 years old and they love to fish around the Monterey Peninsula and needed a way to transport themselves. After looking through many reviews we decided this was our best bet had fat tires that could go on more terrain and kept a good speed being that there full size high school boys, and the backside basket was great to be able to attach fishing poles When the boys got their bikes, they were so excited took off immediately Christmas Day to go ride around the bike trail in our town. They also tested him right away to see how far they could go on a full battery. They had so much fun on these bikes, it was a great purchase. Now fast forward, and we've had the bikes for quite a few months and yes, we've had a few issues with the bikes. My son had the de railer fall off while he was riding.. I emailed to the Jason customer service and they got back to me right away. We're so friendly and helpful sent out all the parts I needed. A month later, we had a problem with the brakes my son was riding and all the bolts came out of the front brake. I emailed the company heard back with them again within the day and they sent me out what I needed as well as a new chain which had been an issue when we got the derailer. Most recently he was riding home downtown and went up the curb and popped the rear tire. I reached out to the customer service again and again within 24 hours they had responded to me and a new tire was in the mail. Don't hesitate Just buy the bike it's a great bike. It's a wonderful price. My son and his best friend have had so much fun on these bikes and I absolutely love that. The customer service has been friendly, prompt and responsive to all of my needs to me. That's a huge selling point.

We got two of these bikes and we love them. They are super fast but love the fact that you can also pedal like a regular bike. Also love the night light feature and horn. The only issue we have is my husband’s pedal has come off twice, the screw popped out during a ride. He replaced it once and the same exact screw has come out again. Other than that. We love the bikes!

Great product

I've been using the Jasion X-Hunter e-bike, and it's been an amazing experience so far! The 750W motor provides plenty of power, and I’ve enjoyed riding at speeds of up to 20 mph with my weight at 150 lbs. The full suspension system makes it super comfortable on rough terrain, and I love the foldable design for easy transport. The battery life is excellent, giving me a range of 55-70 miles on a full charge. However, I’m curious about how to reach the maximum speed of 30 mph. Any tips would be appreciated! Overall, this bike has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

We bought two on a package deal, not bad bikes at all. However, the display on the blue and black are hard to see during the day time. On the blue bike, the display has developed condensation to where it is unreadable. I've contacted the seller, we will soon see the response and I will add another post.

Ordered 2 bikes received 1 bike and 2 days later received the other. Not hard to put together only received 1 basket set which I did not put on they were pretty heavy. I have only ridden them once they do work well. Seem to be constructed good. There a couple of things noted the switch on the bottom does not have positions marked where you can see them, if you take the battery out you can see that it has 3 positions unlock, off and on. The PAS system works well you can adjust the speed before you start and the bike takes off when you start peddling. All and all this purchase was worth the money.

First off let me say that I've been a biker for my whole life. I didn't by a cheaper ebike to compare to my 4k carbon bike. I wanted something to have fun and enjoy nature when I didn't feel like punishing myself on a 20 mile ride. Excellent design and options considering this is a 1K Jasion X-Hunter. In my world, I would replace many cheap parts, and nobody offered exactly what I wanted. So, I bought this X-Hunter and made the changes. It's fast, it's powerful, the battery is strong, and it's a fantastic start to an obscure race to the top with ebikes. I've put this bike through it's paces, both gnarly hills and rough terrain, and it performed admirably. These bikes aren't made to go up hills like a mountain bike, I would say they are more for rolling terrain and urban outings, but again I have gone places I would normally only go with my mountain bike and I'm impressed...BUT....keep reading. I would give this bike 3 stars for many reasons...mostly that the parts are cheap, but given the price and customer response time I give it a 5. What I upgraded. 1. Newer 5 speed shifter (trigger shifter) not the junk that the bike comes with. 2. Newer 5 speed freewheel (that is the rear cassette/gears) 3. Newer derailleur, (the one that comes with the bike is embarrassingly GARBAGE, please Jasion, replace the Shifter and derailleur. For $20 dollars more you can have a tried and true brand component that works! 4. Zoom Ebike hydraulic 2 piston brakes, this should be standard, but a MUST upgrade. I will take a picture of my upgraded version soon. I will be upgrading the cranks and the front form eventually. Warning and Notes, the pedals should be replaced ASAP, and please please go through each bike component and tighten them ALL! Wear a helmet, and don't mess with the computer. This bike is set up perfectly, if you insist on going 30 miles an hour on a 1K ebike then it's your call. I would like to add that I also gave Jasion 5 stars because I feel that a good company will better their bikes over time and I hope they do, this is a solid ebike and I'll be buying another one for my wife.

I purchased the Jasion Hunter Pro E bike at Amazon after watching countless e bike videos on Youtube. I was impressed by the rugged styling, fat tires and it's ability to fold for transporting. I received the bike within days of placing my order. I assembled it quickly (30 mins) and took it for my first ride. I rode on a bike trail a few days after a big snow and found myself feeling like a 66 year old teenager. The peddle assist is super responsive and kind to older riders with it's large comfy saddle and the front and rear baskets that were thrown into my purchase of the bike. When I needed technical assistance with a wiring harness that I pulled apart during assembly, the folks at Jasion sent me the wiring harness and a new headlight at no cost to me. This is a great product with high end customer service and technical support to go with it.
