Better than the original with 20% Wider head unit - Gets more done quicker and better all around! I have had another pressure washer for years that came with a patio cleaner head so when the unit failed I decided to get a Karcher K2 as it has great reviews and there are allot more attachments that work with Karcher than any other. As mine did not come with a patio cleaner attachment and they were way too pricey for what I was willing to spend. I had seen this on the site and as it would work with my Karcher AND allot cheaper had to give it a go. Beyond the price savings it was a great buy and here are my main reasons for the purchase and review. Key Benefits vs Karcher: 20% Wider cleaner head (making the end job quicker as you get more surface area). Better price point than Karcher yet works just as well. 2500 PSI at 2.7 GPM (gallons per minute). The angle is flexible up/down so a little more easier to use and control and less hand/arm fatigue. I knew this one did not come with a arm attachment but I have one with the sprayer. Attach the trigger to the wand and the wand to the patio cleaner and away I went cleaning my patio flagstones in a jiffy (and done extremely well!) and then carried onto the concrete drive. It also cut through really tough moss/algae that was building up and it did a great job in removing it from the patio stones as well as driveway. So if you are doing a driveway or area with stones then I would recommend sweeping the stones and debris away. Why, it will make ALLOT of noise with the stones and hard debris in the head. So that is not required but just makes the job go easier. The quality of the material used is excellent and should last many hours of use as well as years. Cleaning functioning was excellent, even better than my old cleaner and with the extra width in the head unit does allot more areas quicker so again another reason to buy this one. Overall a great product that works very well and better in my opinion than from Karcher so an overall Win-Win!

I added this patio cleaner attachment to my Karcher K2 pressure washer. It attaches easily to the original equipment. I used it to clean my garden slabs and it does work quite well. I used patio cleaner concentrate and sprayed the area first, left it to soak for half an hour and then used the rotating cleaning attachment to work my way up and down the slabs. It'll depend on how dirty slabs are but I don't think the brush/ water pressure would be strong enough without pre-treating the area. The 31cm rotary cleaner covers a larger area compared to standard nozzles, making it much faster to cover a decent area. The quality of the construction feels robust and reliable, perfectly suited for regular usage. Overall, this patio cleaner attachment is an essential tool in my cleaning arsenal, and it has made my pressure washing tasks significantly easier and more effective. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their pressure washing experience when targeting slabs, tiles, paving stones etc.

Item works well for a lot less than the Karcher part. Could be a little longer or come with an extension to prevent stooping.

This is an excellent replacement for my worn out original Karcher patio cleaning attachment. It doesn’t bother me one jot that it’s blue rather than yellow as it is the functionality that is important in my opinion. It fits just as well as the old attachment but is a little greater in circumference so hopefully that should speed things up a little but I haven’t really noticed any appreciable difference. The action is the same in terms of the rotating bar with two jets – one at each end which force the rotation. The sturdy brush edge keeps the spray within the skirt and helps brush the surface. I find that this patio cleaner works for me without the need for chemicals although it can take a little longer and can leave more stubborn marks in situ. Using just water, I find it best to soak the patio a bit in advance which speeds up the cleaning with this device. Overall, I rate this attachment as it seems to work as well as my old did when it was new and is cheaper so I am happy to recommend it. As I have owned it for just under a month, I cannot comment on the longevity, but see no reason so far that indicates it might not last as long as my old one (12+ years).

Having reviewed near the entire Karcher pressure washer collection here (with mixed views), I was keen to test drive this Karcher T5, T7 Mekoh alternative. With the weather being non-optimal for a thorough test drive, I have now been able to try this on an area of our porcelean patio and having done so, my conclusions are as follows - THE GOOD - Overall, thus far I prefer this to both the T5 and T7 for the following reasons - In terms of functionality, the 310mm head provides greater coverage than the 288mm on the T7 (i.e. it's quicker) - build quality is at least as good, but IMO better than either Karcher - this looks and feels durable and robust and I love the flatter design which makes it easier to clean walls and vertical surfaces. - In addition to the Karcher adapater, it has a standard 1/4 inch connector which means it can be used with many other alternative pressure washer brands. - at £39.99 it is a lot cheaper than both the T5 and T7 (making it excellent value for money) THE NOT SO GOOD - the only advantage the Karcher has over this is the power control switch which allows you to reduce or increase the pressure flow which can be handy for more sensitive or fragile areas. - comes with no spare heads (which is a real shame as these do clog and get damaged over time - Comes supplied with just the head unit and adapter, meaning, if you want to use it with a Karcher device, you'll need to purchase additional extension poles. All in, I'm very impressed and at £39.99 would easily recommend it over both the more expensive Karcher models. I'll update the review with any changes once I've completed the enitre patio!

Love this surface cleaner attachment! It works great and makes cleaning patio bricks, walls, and even umbrellas an absolute breeze. Powerful, efficient, and so much faster than using a regular nozzle — highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate to buy this surface cleaner. It’s light and it just works. Large coverage and no streaks. What normally would have taken all day with a regular pressure washer nozzle only took 30 minutes with this attachment. This is value for money. I attached a photo of half the driveway done. Only 30 minutes. Obviously if you have a pressure washing business, this will not hold up. It’s strictly for homeowners who like to maintain their property.

Not super heavy duty, but worked great on my driveway and was so much easier to use than pressure washer alone. Could be a little taller. I'm 5'2" and had to bend a bit to use it.

On my second one with the first lasting over 10 seasons. Economical away to power scour the patio and walks. Light enough to lift and clean the siding as well. Good value and serves the purpose.

This cut my deck cleaning in half wish bought this 10 years ago
