The material of this saw feels great. It's pretty sturdy, and the overall build quality is great and not flimsy. It's not too heavy, and it's about what I expected; it's manageable when operating. It was pretty easy to assemble, and it's had no issues cutting any of my tree branches. The motor itself is very strong and hasn't stopped on me.

Bought this kind of on a whim to help tackle 5-10 annoying branches around our yard. I didn’t want to deal with a ladder and winding up in someone’s fail video. This working amazingly well. It cut through the branches effortlessly. Most of the branches I dealt with were 2-5 inches. Be mindful that the branches come falling out of the tree. I know it’s obvious, but be careful. Also, depending on your situation you may require a smaller tool to trim the branches further once down. I have some manual pruning cutters that worked fine for me. If I didn’t I would recommend using this trimmer, but cutting smaller sections at a time. Also, but the recommended oil. It doesn’t come with, and you’ll need it. Great deal, a landscaper or specialist probably would have charged me 10x the cost of this.

My sons were impressed with MY new tool. Heavy for my bad shoulders so had to have son trim upper branches. In time I hope to be strong enough to use. It would be better if you could use as a hand chain saw as well. Great height reach from deck. Acceptable price. Appears to be a durable machine.

My neighbor came over to help me clean up the garden. He randomly asked me if I had a pole saw and I just so happened to have one! He said it's a great tool to use for cutting annoying branches like those of my palm tree. It's pretty easy to use, just don't forget to take off the safety or it won't work. Also, it needs oil so do not forget to add it! It's not that heavy either which is good. It's also quite long but sturdy so you won't feel unsafe using it, reaching branches higher up in the trees. Bonus it comes with two batteries!!

Easy to put together. Slices through branches like butter. As a short woman it is a little difficult to control as the saw end is on the heavier side and it’s a bit awkward. My friend who was helping me loves it. My father in laws yard is severely overgrown and the saw is making the job easier to fix the landscaping.

Worked great till it broke half way through the day. The plastic part that snaps in for saw broke. I was busy and missed my return window which is on me.

I really like this saw. It cuts moderately sized limbs with ease. I made the mistake of cutting some ground sprigs (small) and they clogged the chain. A simple cleaning worked fine. Having two batteries is a plus. I recommend this tool.
